Only the people who have it, won’t share it, because they’re too busy, right now, fighting each other for the spoils, regardless of the fact that YOU gave it all to them . . .

RedondoBeach2 – Michael Cohen’s words still ring in my ears that Trump will do whatever it takes to stay in power. And Cohen has been a witness to this behavior for a very long time. It’s chilling to see the future come to pass as he predicted.
The elderly, the ethnic and the poorest of the American population is being set up to die. It’s obvious by the republicans actions they prefer to get rid of people that are considered “drains” of the economy and are waiting for it to happen. Rich and well to do people will not die, they can stay home after the stay at home orders are lifted and bide their time once the stay at home order is lifted. Other people will have no choice but to work and send their children to school, they will have to roll the dice if they get the virus or not. Funny thing is the people encouraged to unite and protest are by definition the very people that are expendable to the republican party and are lining up like sheep for slaughter with a smile on their faces.

Not only that … early on when it became apparent that Blacks and Hispanic are hit hardest by Coronavirus, I wondered if Trump was, is, dragging his feet on PPE and testing because their deaths mean fewer Democrat votes. Horrid man!
So, who exactly are these plants planning on hiring to replace the workers who are either a) quarantined because they have tested positive or are suspected to have COVID-19 and/or b) dead because of the same in order to maintain their previous production targets? Last I checked, if, say, a 1/4 of your workforce is out due to illness, even temporarily, it’s gonna cause problems. Even if they really, really, want to stay open with no changes made. Most of the locations of these plants are not densely populated and the work involves at least some skill and training. And if they can operate with that large a percentage of the workforce absent…then they can probably afford to, you know, create conditions that don’t require employees to stand shoulder to shoulder and foster the spread of disease.
They should hire the braindead protestors to work. They want to work. We should give them work.
Forcing people back to work and absolving companies of liability when those people get sick. This is so shocking I am speechless.
