@Drew T you aren’t allowed to fire an inspector general for political reasons and that’s exactly what trump is doing. Obama fired walpin because the guy wasn’t good at his job. The last investigation he had, he didn’t do an audit like he was supposed to, he also didn’t ask a lot of the questions he was supposed to ask as to where and how the money was being miss spent. Another bush appointee said that walpin was well past his time. Plus the guy died not too long after so did it really matter if he was fired or not? In less than a year Obama would have to replace him anyways. Obama lost confidence in Walpin for the crappy job he did, not because he was trying to hide something. Trump straight is trying to hide something hence why he fires any person investigating him.
It doesn’t matter what anyone e dies trump is always going to block and sabotage everything you do when some thing good comes along .
