A two-year-old boy was rescued by neighbours and firefighters in China after he fell from the 13th floor of a building.

  1. I am happy for the boy. But, I thought the thirteenth floor didn’t exist, or was off limits. What happened? Did a Plebeian escape from your evil clutches?

    1. You’d be surprised. ADVChina/serpentZA/laowhy86 had a video about some of the lengths that burglars will go to in China.

  2. 0:38 – The neighbor must be new to China; he doesn’t know that you’re never supposed to help anyone in distress because they might turn around and sue you, you’re supposed to just leave them to die, it’s the Chinese way. ¬_¬
