  2. Sounds lazy to just govern a country with a stroke of a pen! No collaboration, no discussion to ascertain the best solution for anything whether it be the pipeline or illegal immigration. Also, just reverse all of Trumps work without any thinking if anything needs fixing. Spiteful maybe? It’s not for me to judge.
