Ukraine's military is burning through Soviet-era ammunition that fits older systems as the country pleads with the West to send more heavy weaponry and Russia amasses a significant artillery advantage around two strategically important cities in eastern Ukraine. #CNN #News

  1. Condolences to all the families who lost their beloved children in Ukraine

    1. @齐德隆•东•隆冬强 How much do the Kremlin pay you? Is it a monthly salary, or do you get paid by each dumb comment you post on YouTube?

    2. @SUN STAR yes I’ve heard a million different reasons as to why apartment blocks, hospitals, vultures sites has to be destroyed. And innocent civilians murdered in their beds with missiles.

  2. I knew that and I’m not an expert, look at there analysis, either Ukraine win or Russia wins wow 😒

  3. Ukraine are putting on a heroic fight against an overwhelming assault, both in form of economy, manpower and of course equipment! With that in consideration Russia is suffering horrifying losses, now that´s good, but it´s not humanly possible to withstand such an onslaught in the long run! Ujraine needs more help RIGHT NOW and not tomorrow! Slava Ukraini,Slava Heroyam!!

    1. @комиссар полиции обвиняет Really? Do you remember just three days before Russia invaded Ukraine Lavrov promised that Russia would not do so?

    2. @Ozymandias Nullifidian Actually, Russians are not advancing. Look at the map. They held 80% of Severodonetsk about 2 weeks ago, before a Ukrainian counter attack threw them back. And their positions all over the rest of the Eastern Ukraine appear in the same place as they did in early May. Russians are not advancing. Their tiny gains are paid with huge losses, much higher than Ukrainian. Russian offensive has proven to be a dud. Only one Ukrainian brigade (the 36th) has so far been defeated. All the while, almost all Russian brigades have been defeated and been forced to fully refit.

  4. “They will open a humanitarian corridor but only to Russian-held territories.” In other words: take them hostage.

    1. @Changed Pace That has nothing to do with it. You can be racist towards muslims and they are not an ethnic group.

  5. CNN how about this….. First two US fighters are captured by Russian soldiers in battle for Kharkiv amid fears they will be handed death sentences like two British soldiers caught by Putin’s army. Robert Drueke, 39, and Andy Huynh, 27, were captured while fighting for the Ukrainian army last week. The pair were part of a ten-men squad which encountered Russian forces in Kharkiv.

    1. At first, the ancestors of the Russians (Vikings) terrorized the Swedes and the Swedes drove them out of Scandinavia, then the ancestors of the Russians terrorized the Slavs in the 8th century and the Slavs also fought back – why are Russians not loved anywhere ??)🚂🚂🚈🚅🚄🚄🚠🚠🚠🚟🚃🚞🚡🚡🚖🚘🚍🚍🚍🚍🏍🛺🛞🚨🚨🚨🛴🛴🛴🛴

  6. One thing a military analyst mentioned in another interview was that we need to stop announcing everything we’re sending Ukraine. Russia hears this and keeps a log of what’s coming and keeps track of how much firepower and what kind they will be dealing with. While it’s reassuring to hear the weapons are coming, we need to be tighter lipped about those details. And this stuff needs to get there fast or it will be there far too late to help Ukraine in this crucial time.

    1. @Thor Nil: Your callousness towards Ukraine is ironically as execrable as that of the shirtless dwarf operating from the Moscow Kremlin.

    2. @Yesindeed126 Convenience my friend. Why do you think we only attack economically depressed countries?

  7. I’ve been wondering for a long time how the resolve and reaction by EU governments transcends into boosting weapons production and if we are placing large enough orders from the industry. This is not addressed in media. Are we depleting our arsenals, or are we stocking up at the same time as we provide weapons for Ukraine. I hope the latter, but fear the opposite. It could prove to be a fatal mistake not to react adequately. All countries should order and produce 10 times more than the estimated need in case of conflict.

  8. Why not tell Russia how many and what weapons you are sending … 🙄 … talk about keeping the enemy informed 🤦‍♂️

  9. Can we get 44 billion to lower the cost of food and gas? I mean we the people are paying for this war and no other country is proving any real support.

    1. In the USA, about 130 billions gallons of gas are consumed per year. 44 billion might therefore reduce the price by 30 cents per gallon, and that would probably not last for long as the offer wouldn’t have been increased (which is the actual problem globally).
Poland alone (with a GDP of $0.5 trillion compared to the more than $20 trillion of the USA) has already sent more than $7 billion worth of weapons and even Germany, who has offered a questionable, at least publicly, support to Ukraine, has sent a lot of weapons. This isn’t the USA alone providing aid by far.

  10. I’m not some military expert but those weapon requirements don’t seem that unreasonable if the USA and EU really actually put some effort into getting those weapons to Ukraine

    1. @Merita Tennyson We are not suffering even close to how much Ukraine is. Do you know how important it is to keep Russia from having the entirety of Ukraine? This could be a repeat of WW2 here and if that happens it would escalate to WW3

    1. That is how you maintain public support for a war that isn’t in your own country…democracy is messy…got a better idea for govt?

    2. I love how they are loudly announcing sancstions sancstions sancstions and increasing and increasing and increasing oil and gas prices, increasing and increasing Russian profit, it is a market law

  11. I’m so sick of warring human beings… Just a complete waste all the way around… Hurts the ecosystem… What happens when the war is over?… poisoned water & soil… Think of the generations lost in these wars.
    Sad, just barbaric & sad😔

    1. Me too and I am getting to the point where i despise the human race in general . Worst mistake mother nature ever made.

    2. @stephan l Are you joking? Today you cooperate and your money and assets are kept in their banks, and tomorrow they take your money and violate all contracts. This is today’s reality.

    3. @Hg Maxermist
Crimea joined Russia as an independent state. Residents of Crimea held a referendum on secession from Ukraine.

  12. 18 new howitzers and 10 MLRS systems…Do we all believe that this kind of help can stop Russians? Or is it a part of the appeasement politics?

    1. @Lepetit Roquet Sorry, this remains unconfirmed, but many of those are reported in the Donbass and Kherson front, and 12 is only 1 artilary battery.

  13. My concern is that the money for this aid is being pocketed by corrupt bureaucrats and politicians both in the US and in Ukraine, rather than going to the people and soldiers who really need it.

  14. Russia’s expansion stalled in country number one. And now it’s over. They’ll be lucky to survive Ukraine in one piece.
