    1. @Hildebeast Clinton Did you think you could hide from me you Villainous Troll. Why didn’t you click reply, you did with everyone else. You know i don’t know if i have a reply unless you click……Did you mean to hide or was it a mistake? Or was it hide and go seek the Troll. I love that game. Caught ya Troll! Next time, don’t be scared click and i will appear like magic. HUGS! 🙂

    2. Dale Hartley
So, because you studied Hitler, everyone you don’t like is Hitler?
Lower primate, try another field of study and save yourself the embarrassment.

    1. @Dale Hartley I did not mean to suggest that it started with/in the US. My point is that heinous acts, are not the just the domain of nazi Germany. This approach/thinking is too easy. One does not have to look beyond their shores, or reach back into ancient history to find examples.

    2. @steven Thomas I looked back because I wanted to point out that it is not new at all, and that anyone that read Plato would have been familiar with it. Since he was part and parcel of a formal education system ( still really is) then all the intelligentsia, the nobles, the educated, the bourgeois, etc in Europe would have known about it. It was brought forth again during the late 1800’s early 1900’s as a good idea. So was marxism, and a little bit earlier capitalism…neither of them worked out well when put into play with people either. The US played with it, and ended it when they saw what it was being used for, other European countries did the same, not just Germany, but they DID pursue it the most fervently.
So forgive me, if you took offense, my other post was mainly at the guy saying it WAS the US, but you are right, you did not specifically say that ;). I just wanted to be sure you were not under that idea. Have a good one and enjoy your evening.

    3. @stef unruh For some reason I cannot reply to your other comment that refers to the unification of the various kingdoms into The German Empire….which happened just a couple years later. 1871, however, Bavaria retained its Kingdom and King until 1918 when it became a republic…The Free State of Bavaria.
simple search backs me up and ends the debate. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kingdom_of_Bavaria
For someone who grew up there you seem not to know your history very well…did you have US teachers? US public schools are HORRIBLE on history, my kids hated when I asked them what they learned in history/social studies because I was always disappointed with it. I was when I went too, so It was par for the course.
Anyway have a good one, im not trying to be to snippy, but I can be a bit pedantry on history :). I was almost a history major, went archaeology instead…I love the past

    4. Gerald Thomas Yes, they did. I worked in my youth with a man who was castrated in a German concentration camp when he was 17. He was heartbroken that he could not have children of his own. It’s shocking to see this happening in the USA.

    5. The Wiz I’m a socialist what are you gonna do about it? I’ve been a socialist all my life, thankfully I don’t live in the USA! I can be what I want, I’m proud of what the socialists did in my country. They brought in universal health for all, from the cradle to the grave. Right after the war in 1948 the oldest of it’s kind in the world! They also brought in education for all, no university fees. This happened when the country was on its knees! The richest country in the world can’t do this for their citizens is a disgrace, capitalism can exist along with socialism, it makes the best governments. All out capitalism and greed in the USA has created the widest gap between rich and poor only next to India. For a so called “educated” country that is tragic. I would advise all these right wing uneducated, ignorant people to read up on what socialism really is, it’s not communism, socialism is concentrating on mutual obligations and community. Leading economists Paul Collier and John Kay think this and they also think the world is in thrall to destructive individualism. All over the world, mainly because of climate change we can see that working together is what will get us through fires, floods and viruses.

  1. America tested nuclear weapons on their own people (Marshall Islands), and allowed bounties on their own soldiers – so I don’t doubt in a second they’d be capable of this ATROCITY.

    1. One thing Trump has said that IS TRUE & that is America has done a lot of dirt and hands are not clean (referring to other countries). Beginning with killing and stealing from the Natives, Slavery, Senseless Wars and now Trump, knowingly and willfully killing off his own people for the Love of Money (Stock Market & re-election).

    2. @justsaying Trump did say that…just like a broken clock, he’s right twice a day. Unlike the clock, he keeps actively hurting people while bragging about how wonderful he thinks he is.

    1. Deborah Husted. I was thinking of this about a month ago but no one in the news is comparing the two cults so I thought it was just me. Most of the deaths didn’t have the choice to sign a waiver.

  2. ALL of these privately owned and operated ICE facilities need to be shut down like IMMEDIATELY. This is NOT a good look for the Trump administration lol I really hope people are paying attention out there, to this one!

She wasn’t deported but she’s STILL in a detention center right now, again! It’s not like she climbed Trump’s Wall to come to the United States, she’s been here since she was THREE YEARS OLD.

For all intents and purposes, this woman is an American.

There’s only ONE reason why this administration would be trying SO hard to try and deport her so quick, especially to a Country she DOESN’T even know, and it’s because they can protect their precious ICE facility and its Medical staff from facing any consequences.

    It’s absolutely INFURIATING!! 😡

    1. @Gondwanaland Dasha asserted that “in American history” this happens to “everyone BUT white women.” steven Thomas answered what Dasha said, not what you were thinking. Are you saying you are only concerned for women who were forcibly sterilized less than 10 years ago while in a detention center? There was a common policy through the 1960’s that Native American women were sterilized without their knowledge by doctors who delivered their babies. IMO they were unforgivably wronged, but they don’t fit your specifications.

    2. @steven Thomas Feeble minded, another phrase for inconvenient.
One would have hoped that those practices were long in the past.
      .

    3. @Margaret Wordnerd That is a rather silly interpretation.
In the context of this video and comments we are, I thought, discussing what is happening now, not decades ago.
I am looking at here and now, not way back when.
You, me and everyone should hang our heads in shame that this can/is still happening to anyone at all.

    4. @Gondwanaland Yes we are, and yet it is relevant that this isn’t a brand new thing. I thought Dasha was right to reference similar historical abuses. Historical atrocities and different people’s responses to them are part of looking at the big picture. You haven’t told Dasha she shouldn’t mention history, and if you did I would defend her right to do so. You seem to have very specific ideas about what may and may not be discussed on this topic, and you expect people to abide by your rules before you’ve laid them out. Do you have more unspoken rules we’re all supposed to follow? If so, why? I’m an old hippie and Freedom of Speech is one of many values I hold sacred.

  3. What next? Now women’s wombs are being removed without their consent …maybe even harvested for transplanting. America, have you all lost your minds?

    1. TRUMP has committed so many Crimes that all he’s done the entire Presidency is Created diversions….on everything. He Lies, Lies, Lies, Blame, Blame, Blame, & Plays the Victim. He’s responsible for over 196k deaths. Blood on his hands and those that Enabled him. I would like that none of the other Republicans that ran against him in 2016 would have handled the Pandemic like Trump has…..well, maybe Ted Cruz….lmao!

    2. @douglas ohari An all too standard tactic of the current GOP and their supporters. They’d like to think that the rest of the US population is as cynically loose with actual history as they are. Today’s Republicans are yesterday’s Dixiecrats, who ran the south the whole time since the ACW and Reconstruction, and through Jim Crow. It’s was only Nixon’s GOP and their cynical ‘Southern Strategy’ that grabbed up all the white racists who were upset with Johnson’s Civil Rights legislation. That brought a huge number of southern blacks into the democratic party, and those ‘good old white boys’ were having none of that.

    3. Trump has created division?? No Obama destroyed race relations. Your garbage left wing communist group tries to silence anyone on the right with intimidation, violence, murder.

  4. America was one of the first countries in the world to “legally” sterilize women with disabilities. Not at all surprised IN THE LEAST that this has happened, ESPECIALLY under this administration.
