    1. And the Conservative idea is bigger cuts in taxes for corporations and the wealthy..
and bigger cuts in services for the working class

  1. We need affordable housing, it’s the biggest problem that will spill into Rich jerks backyards. I’m not talking about making housing like to buy a house affordable I’m just talking about renting being affordable why is it that I am staying in a one bedroom in a crap city for over $1500 a month nothing included

  2. Ford is not answering the question he is just saying the same thing he always says and doesn’t do anything about it, we gave him long enough to fix things let someone else try

  3. dont believe a thing hes saying promises promises all cause he want to be reelected …so sick of government

  4. One thing no one is talking about is corporations buying up housing stock for rentals. If that’s not addressed, all the building won’t make a difference, and the corporations will keep prices so high that no one will be able to own property even close to where the jobs are.

  5. If you are young and interested in starting a stable family be aware you can not do it renting or living in a shoe box sized condo. Save up as much as you can and buy property outside the country. The political class, real estate companies and our elders sadly do not care. Everyone says they want affordable housing just not there home to be affordable. So with home prices to far out of reach, even they if prices dropped by half it’s still to expensive for the average person or family after taxes to afford even if you have the stomach for debt for 20 years of your life. This future of where the young home grown Canadians who pay taxes will be able to afford to live was never once taken into consideration. While political leadership allowed home’s to become financial products and retirement plans. Sad

  6. They never talk about cheaper homes… Mobile home..tiny homes… modular….re purpose ..older buildings…all we ever build is twin homes…and WORKers ??????????

  7. How many noble wage cut did members of the British Columbia legislature apply to help with costs?
