@Elizabeth Fitzgibbon Hi elizabeth, just because you nor your family/friends/neighbors have not come down sick with covid where you live doesn’t mean it’s fake. (And I’m genuinely happy your loved ones are doing fine). The following happened in my own personal life btwn March and May: My coworker lost ELEVEN (my jaw dropped when he told me this<) family members in the span of a month and a half back in late march/April. Three of my neighbors in my apartment building died (40s-60s). My fave math high school teacher died (50s). My best friend, her brother, and their parents got high fevers and parents (60s)were hospitalized because of breathing problems. Another friend's aunt and uncle were hospitalized for breathing problems; husband later (late 30s) died. Four of my other friends got covid as well but luckily just had very high fevers, minor breathing issues for a week. Both parents(late 40s, early 50s), and one grandparent (80s)of a college friend died . Eight regulars at the community center my mom works in died (all seniors). And the crazy part is I actually know more people who died/ got hospitalized but I don't want this to turn into a straight obituary. These are just a few. I'm glad to hear it wasn't as insane back in spring where you are located.
So much for being the most powerfull and rich country in the world. Well those day’s are gone.

I am not an American. I don’t even live in the United States. I don’t even like the personality of Donald Trump. But there is a secret my father taught me. And believe me, I have lived in one of the two most horrible countries on earth. But this teaching saved my life from starvation and continues to save me. No society is completely good; not even any human being is completely good. But there are countries that are completely bad, and I was born and raised in one of them. And what I learned is that the only difference is knowing how to choose the best option. And the best option is Donald Trump, because all he has done in his 4 years in office is to try to rescue the welfare of the American people at the price that is necessary. Besides being a whip against the enemies of the American people. And I think that is what a great president does and not a politician like Obama who only acted for electoral interests.

Trump is a sales person, but that is okay, he’s lead the country in the way int should be led, he has some icky things about him, but I’m almost 70, and I know how everything is put together and we need him another 4 yrs. Unless you want that man Joe Biden who will be a puppet, who doesn’t speak real well because of his dementia, and a side kick who is so radical that within a short period of time, you won’t recognize the country that you probably were born in. Speaking well is not an indication that someone has the best interest of the country.
The only reason that the Obamas served the 2nd term is because evangelical christians didn’t want a “mormon” in the white house. And now we have someone who almost did not get voted in because of the works of Obama, Comey and others, who broke laws in trying to prevent a man from becoming the president. I like those that can tell the truth, and although salesmen exaggerate and some lie, Trump has only had the best interest of our government to succeed, Obama didn’t like our gov. he talked about the way the constitution needs to be reformatted, and believe it does not need to be changed.
These people that look pretty and speak nice are not always for what is at the heart of the US.
