  1. Mmmmm well why did he not just ask Trudeau to talk to the group, put the blame squarely where it belongs. Just wondering if the mayor talked to the truckers, did he personally hold a meeting. Every politician dropped the ball, Trudeau, the Mayor and Ford. The answer was violence against the protestors using brute force.
The only problem is with so much international interest into the governments overreach it will be harder to sweep the dirt under the rug but I am sure the guilty parties will do their best.

    1. The inquiry is being done an independent group that is in line with your claimed perspective. Decide now to accept the results or you are no better than the likes of Trump, Putin, etc.

  2. You were speaking to one, another ,but no one spoke to the convoy organization. That’s the only convoy wanted ,PM to lower his ego and talk to them.

  3. My family lives 2 blocks from the protest (Rideau and Sussex) and was barely impacted. Not everyone’s experience was the same.

    1. Yes I don’t like how he is speaking for all Ottawans. My daughter lives a few blocks away from the protest and didn’t even know anything was going on. From what Jim Watson was saying on the news I actually drove to her place because I was worried. I couldn’t even hear any noise! She was within walking distance. There was no traffic at all and actually her building had a fire during the protest and the fire trucks had no issue getting there.

  4. What do you want to be that if the outcome of this investigation is not in favor of the protestors, that they will cry foul? I am totally in agreement with what Trudeau did, but if I am proven wrong, I will accept it and move on.
