  1. Why bail out big corporations. The simple fact is they permanently fail to put money aside for emergencies. They wasted the last bail out to buy their own stocks so their share prices remained high and give themselves wage rises in the process. They learnt nothing then and still we have to bail them out again just so they can do the same thing. After this we need massive tax rises on the wealthy

    1. The airlines have been nickel and dimming us for years-where is that money. Why do they need a bailout?

    2. Republicans have told us for years, that hospitals are run better, when run by private industry. Most hospitals are making millions, but now need government money to buy PPE ? With hospital administrators making millions, why not cut out all the fat, and have them run by the government?

    3. @orphan 200 Yes, the airlines are a particular problem.
We are nickel and dimed to death with “FEES” instead of simply being charged in the fare, because thanks to the Republicans, FEES are not taxed.
At least, let start taxing FEES as the price for bailing out the airlines.
The fees would soon go away and we could once again have a sensible system for charging for flights.

    4. Spartacus Forlife yeah & Elizabeth Warren should be se restart of the treasury – if she can’t help straighten out our finances then no one can

    1. @Patsy Sadowski Well giving money to powerful and rich companies doesn’t work so well in the US. You can alway count on them to find every loophole and every excuse to make more money and cut costs to no end, there’s no one who believes these corporate giants actually care about their employees.

Also the US doesn’t complicate everything, we make everything stupid and backwards

    2. @Braveheart HA! Lies! And 100% false! The Dems are the only reason the American people got anything! The Dems want people to have more and not corporations! Also! Mitch sent everyone home before the stimulus while Dems stayed and worked on eight separate stimulus bills!!
      https://www.themarysue.com/mitch-mcconnell-delays-vote-on-coronavirus-bill/
THEN!!! 40 Repugnant-cans voted “NO” on the family first part of the stimulus bill!
      https://www.newsweek.com/40-republicans-who-voted-against-families-first-coronavirus-response-bill-1492537
You should really fact check… You’d look less stupid that way!

    3. @Real American Small business’s needed the money days ago they don’t have time to wait on comfy politicians who are still in jobs while their jobs have gone forever. People are in crisis and it’s taking over a week to argue about what should happen over a few days worth of money smh.

  2. I’ve never worked for a single business owner in 30 years that would ever pass the money down to his employees in this situation.

    1. @Paul Wilson Yes, like being a CPO of a too-big-to-fail corporation.
Nice work if you can get it.
Brother, can you spare a dime? I need some venture capital.

    2. @Daniel Ross that’s because you work for a true small business. Your boss knows YOU AND EVERYONE he employees. If not a comrade, there is respect between both groups.

  3. 43,000 Millionaires are going to get $1.6 million each from Stimulus??? That is the biggest reason to get rid of Trump… And Lindsey was thinking People making $15 dollars an hour were killing the Stimulus Package.

    1. @Rory Cannon it’s not a falsehood they just changed proletariat to historically oppressed peoples and bourgeoisie to historical oppressors… am I wrong?

    2. @Rory Cannon not really the problem is the *people* did you watch the video??? For example karl marx did practice marxism he did it well but the *people* around him who claimed to be marxist but in trurth did the exact opposite…now I am not saying marxism is right obviously it is NOT but if IDIOTS who are in saying something but doing another is not good for everyone again an example if you VITCJ N MOAN of how bad socialism and communism is cash im the socialist check and joined that epicly loonnngggg breadline then you a one BIG FILTHY HYPOCRITE can you understand that

    3. @Rusty Shackleford bit of an odd metaphor but ok.
The choice isn’t between Corporate Oligarcy and Communism, but many systems in between. Most Westernised first world countries have social support structures and centralised health services without feeling any need to reach for communism.
You can have whatever government you want but I recall a statistic that around 40% of Texans on welfare voted GOP. Stupid is as stupid does.

    4. @Dave Box they only have those things because they don’t pay for their own national defense since the Bretton woods 2 agreement.

    5. @Rusty Shackleford The USA has been at war for 223 years of its existance, so maybe a hint there that you too could afford nice things if you stopped invading people. That and giving all the cash to the already rich.
But hey, just keep voting for Christmas, right?

  4. Please forget that the fed GAVE Wall Street $1.5 trillion over a month ago. No votes. No discussion.Wall Street pays no taxes. Small businesses do.

    1. @AUTONOMEN x One big difference tho… Obama at least made the banks pay it back. This money was a gift! We (US taxpayer) will never get this money back!

    2. @Real American thanks, Real. I deliberately throw Obama in as a concession to ” yer a Demon cat!!”. I’m trying to show how quickly and easily we are robbed by disaster Capital. How it’s done under our noses. The first$1.5 TRILLION went out March 12th! While Donnie Darkhole was still saying the bug will just disappear. And the next trillion a week later. The top corporations pay no fed taxes! How did they get our 💵💵💵??!!

  5. Republicans look after business, they always do. Corporate welfare has got out of hand. Trickle down is NOT happening !!, the support needs to go to workers direct.

    1. @Jaikain
Are bats really responsible? Are you sure this covid19, 19 meaning it’s the 19th strain of the virus, wasn’t concocted in a lab in Wuhan, and it got away from them? Did you even know there’s one such lab in Wuhan?
Why is the wet market in Wuhan already open?
Or do you just believe what your Chinese owned msm overlords tell you?

    2. Trickle down economics is a hoax. When republicans name something, you have to remember that they’re liars. When they implement trickledown economics, the money actually trickles up. Then they go home and laugh, at how gullible their ignorant voting base is.

    3. @frictionRx9 I cannot find anything to confirm your assertion that “Pelosi wants to spend 60 million dollars on a campaign to raise public awareness that bats”, but even if she did it would mean nothing as far as the US budget. Just look at it in comparison to the Republican $ 1.5 Trillion tax cut that they gave to their friendly billionaires and millionaires:
      $60 million / $1.5 trillion = 0.00004
      or,
      0.004 % of $1.5 Trillion
Even if your bat story is true, poor Pelosi cannot hold a candle to the Republicans when it comes to wasting money.

    4. Republicans look after big business because they’re ALL friends. They went to the same schools, belong to the same fraternities, the same clubs. This is like the movie Wallstreet Charlie Sheen, a broker, asked his friend James Spader, a corporate attorney, for private information on companies. Spader have him access to the files. This IS NO DIFFERENT. It’s friends looking out for friends. Republicans, a minority of wealthy people, stay in power because they have convinced poor, uneducated individuals that blacks, Hispanics are keeping them for achieving success. Those deluded people were never getting into Harvard or any Ivy. They were never going to be worth tens of millions of dollars. They just never were.

  6. It’s more than abuse by those wealthy business it simply
GREED HEARTLESS GREED HEARTLESS GREED HEARTLESS GREED HEARTLESS

  7. Please keep an eye on Trump and His Cult………Am wondering how much they gonna get………🤔

    1. *i guessing a lot more than leftists… leftists are too busy complaining about others so they dont have time to start businesses*

    2. Patricio Farez he lost my support now, hes showing his true colors. He wont win 2020 election after most americans got screwed over.

    3. “Please keep an eye on Trump and His Cult”. Too late, they were first in to the money. Why do you think Trump* removed the oversight from the scheme?

  8. Rich people used the American government as a private bank account, sadly, I can’t say I’m surprised smh

    1. @Bacons….The rich get rich and the poor get laid off. In the meantime, in between time, ain’t we got fun?
      Depression era song lyrics

  9. The big corporations pay little or no taxes.
    Now they want money.
    How’s that working out. BS
Trumps new slogan I got mine FU
This is not America at all.

    1. @Tylorian Even with his lies now numbering over 17,000 since he became president you believe him?
You do realize that the Republicans did insert the wording that allowed big businesses to take money meant for small businesses don’t you?
      – – – I’ll be watching to see how many big businesses return the money.
I recommend that you do the same. Perhaps it will snap you into reality.

    1. Vote for the endtimes candidate, all you evangelicals. Don’t forget to donate to your mega preacher, he needs another jet.

    2. Jeffrey Jeziorski yep i will vote for the candidate that will usher the end times, because im sick of this wicked world and want Jesus to come back now.

    3. @Andy Wu his home address is 666 wall street, if you want to mail in your ballot.
Don’t forget, the mega church preachers need your money for another jet.

    1. Its both sides. Some things both parties agree on. That the rich are the priority is the best example.

    2. @Socialism Kills Dont be naive. It goes through the banks because they have everyones financials. Banks naturally give the money to their best customers. Ones with assets and a relationship with the bank. This is ok when It is their money. But not now.

    3. That’s right, remember when he said “to the Victor goes the spoils” meaning the Iraq war, plus Trump fired his oversight. Keep Trump away from the easy pay day.

    4. maybe… but we do know that pelosi tried to give herself a raise by giving millions to the kennedy center… on which she just happens to be a board member of *:)*

    1. Mr.D Simpson
Starting way back in the 14 century, at the time of the BLACK PLAGUE in the 13 hundreds.

“Eat ,drink, be merry, for tomorrow we may die”.
This is Not a quote from that era, the 14 century , but this is a TRUE quote to the army of a BLACK ROMAN general in 10th AD , however this is what the oligarchs and bottom feeders of the oligarchs today are thinking right now.

    1. I hate Trump but that’s not true. The PPP money went to hedge fund managers and lawyers who have a strong existing relationship with a bank and literally had their finger on the mouse button ready to send their application the second the program went live. So, it was the rich, tech savvy and bank connected that got the loot.

    2. Maryanne Jackson Picker102 California and Texas received the biggest percentage. Cali is not red ,It’s not politically driven it’s money and greed. And that’s on both parties. People seem to think these politicians care , they don’t ,they switch parties all the time , trump was a democrat first and a draft dodger, Countless politicians switch to get in office , do you think they change views ? Lmao. It’s all about making the big money.
