White House ends $5.8 billion in Corinthian Colleges student debt | USA TODAY

The Education Department said the announcement by Vice President Kamala Harris for more than 560,000 borrowers, was the largest single loan discharge ever.

Corinthian Colleges opened in 1995. Based in California with campuses nationally, the colleges closed in 2015 after the Education Department cut off the for-profit institution's ability to access federal money.

    and also Crediting Mortgages $10,000 off the Principal.
