If any seats where lost due to any other countries involvement in our elections in Canada then yes that party is at fault. No matter the outcome them seats do not belong to that party. Why is this hard to understand?

Fine. So the outcome of the election would not have changed. That’s not the issue. The issue is that attempts were made by a foreign power to sway the election results. So were the efforts negligible or nearly successful? Lastly, what is the threshold for prosecution to begin?
It would be a huge waste of money to set up a public inquiry just to determine whether Michael Cooper is human or Alien.
