He was calm, he did not need to say “we are all gonna die” as trump implies. He treated the citizens of NY with respect, told them the truth and explained them they all have a responsibility and all can contribute to bring down the infection rate and they did a really good job. In my country we had a total lockdown and I know it is not easy and it really is important that all the citizens do their best, stay at home, wear a mask and keep distance.
New York was hit so badly! It takes a big effort in such a densely populated area to slow down the spread of an airborne virus.
