    1. They don’t, judges often live in gated communities with their fellow wokes. They don’t have to live with the diversity.

    2. should learn from tx governor, release them to those streets where DA/Judges live, either criminal take those leftist out, or loving leftists save him. either way, everyone win.

    1. @Rose X Heaven is Paradise yet Mourning is hell! Pain is hell, not if u survived a bear attack u’d med help. Of course u’d have bear/pepper spray. Flab jackets dont work for assault weapons. Where’d the LOVE goπŸ€·β€β™€οΈπŸ’œπŸ™πŸ™‡β€β™€οΈβœŒοΈ

  1. Wow CNN you really are changing to an honest news network. Actually showing a black male shooter on the thumbnail. I’m stunned.

    1. @Nick Ryks Who are the Judges who released the 2 men from prison early. Who appointed them to the bench. The Governor of TN should fire them immediately, if he has the power to do that.

    2. @AT 1984 People must deal with this. Judge should receive the highest quality of punishment.

  2. Everyone showing his smiling face but not one mention of the 4 people he murdered or the 3 he injured. He held an entire city hostage for hours. Crossed state lines and nobody has spoken about the victims. Now those of us who live and or work in Memphis or have loved ones who do have to HOPE Noone else decides to do this again. Stop showing his face!

    1. Me too πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ˜ƒ!! Pull the wood chipper around the back of the courthouse. Once the perp is found guilty, tie them up and toss them in the wood chipper. Problem SOLVED 😁.

    1. @Patricia Lawson true. If they’d taken down a murderer with a vivid criminal history it would somehow be categorized as a hate crime in todays world

    2. I pray that this time the Judicial courts and prison boards allow him to complete his punishments without being released early by leftists.

    3. @P shouts out to cnn .for talking about this. They’re starting to understand they were middle men to the eyesus woke go broke joke. But they need to get rid of don Acosta and Anderson. So we’re waiting .

  3. What were the races of the victims? If this guy were white, that would be the first question in order to add a “racial hate crime” angle to this story, which would then dominate the narrative of the story and keep it in the news a lot longer.

  4. So where’s his momma saying “He’s a good boy, he didn’t mean to do it. He just wanted to scare them, the gun just went off accidentally! He was getting his life together, he was going to the Air Force Academy!”

    1. @john magill No he did not kill her. I don’t know if it’s true or not but I heard that he has had a lot of death in his family lately. But, I do know the 1st person he killed was a friend of his. He shot him in the face 4 times.

    1. @GeminII* Yeah that would have been nice. It’s what a sane society would do when there is iron clad live streamed evidence posted by the perpetrator himself.

    2. @Stranger Danger -Indeed! Please stay safe; protect yourself, your family, and your property by any means your state allows.

  5. This is our legal system at work. Let the guy out early so he can do more harm and destroy more lives . Plea deals can bite my a*s!!!!!! His past: Court records also showed more about the teen’s background: He faced four felony charges, including two counts of attempted murder, one count of reckless endangerment and one count of possession of a firearm in 2020 at the age of 17

  6. I’m a black woman and I’m mad as hell about this cowardly act of violence against innocent people. He should never ever get out of jail. What a POS

  7. Who is responsible for this???
Its part of the problem in this Country! So many associated situations stem from this kind of event that happens.

  8. Violent felons need to be kept in prison. This guy was charged with first degree attempted murder, but was allowed to plead it down to assault, and then served less than 1/3 of his sentence for that reduced crime? Absolute insanity! Just being able to plead down first degree murder to assault is nonsense. This also points out the deep flaw in argument that the criminal justice system is racist. It is not. People are in prison because they committed crimes for which they are convicted, not because of their race. Criminal justice reform is one thing. Letting people who have clearly shown a propensity for violence out of prison early is another entirely. Criminal justice reform is usually pitched as letting reducing incarceration of non-violent offenders, but somehow the result is that clearly violent offenders are let out instead. This has got to stop. If that means rolling back criminal justice reform, so be it!

  9. He’s smiling in his mug shot b/c he knows when he goes to prison he’ll be reunited with his daddy, grandpa & great grandpa. It’ll be a family reunion.
