  1. When we lived in Red Bluff CA the neighbors were hand feeding a bear. He approached me twice, checked to see if I had any snacks, and then wandered away. He was very gentle.
    He got relocated.

    1. A lot of people don’t distinguish between black bears and brown bears and fear them all. Asheville is a location which is being used in a study, because the black bears are so common there. One guy named Patrick Connelly has a channel which is basically the same female bears visiting him with their cubs every week, sometimes every day, just to see if there is any bird feed remaining in the bird feeder, eat berries off his bushes, and they come right up on the porch and come within feet of him

  2. Oh black bears are very docile and peaceful.. More scared of you then you should be of them, UNLESS, the momma bear has Cubs, then keep away.. Plus ya goof, maybe you should turn your chair around so you can see the majority of your yard..πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

  3. I live in a small town that bears often come into the area, especially if people put dog food out for their pets. I was very surprised one day when a lady told me to be careful, Ann said for me to step inside her door because I know her and wondered if something was wrong. And she very quietly pointed to a mother bear and her cub, which were out for a stroll, I guess. People in town have been warned that if they live against the mountain area to be careful, benefiting their pets. As far as I know, the Bears have never caused any harm. To anyone in my town, but then again, I would not want to approach them

  4. Looks like he scared theπŸ˜‚ Bear. The Bear was just as shocked as he was.

  5. Animals are getting so intelligent one day they are going to own a house next door, and we are going to be speciest.

  6. Guide to how to deal with bears: If it’s black, fight back. If it’s Brown lie down. If it’s white say goodnight. That bear was just as scared as the guy he surprised πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
