Andrew Yang On His Place In The Democratic Party | All In | MSNBC

  1. Most MSNBC viewers don’t even know who this guy is. It’s a shame. He’s the best thing to happen to America in a long time.

    1. @Gil Choi the USA doesn’t need China at all dude and Yang is working for the people’s republic of China. Trump the unbeatable 2020

    2. Day Time You are wrong. If US didn’t need China, Trump wouldn’t even have started the current tariff war. We still need them, but have to work with them more wisely to benefit more Americans. I’m not a fan of Trump, but have to say he deserved better supporters than someone like you. You are actually making him look so bad. Do research, think harder, study some facts. That’s how you help your candidate.

    3. T,
      Yang is a corporatist.
With his UBI proposal Yang tells us  that if the Wealthy live a lavish life then the poor will stay alive.

The real UBI is based on the idea that the wealthy are allowed to exist only after the poor have a dignified existence.

The real UBI does not take from the Wealth when it is transacted but from the Wealth which has been accumulated.

Yang’s fake UBI takes only from the Wealth which is being transacted.

    1. Day Time jailed for what? Having an opinion? Looks like we have a snowflake on our hands.

  2. As a former MSNBC fan, mostly regarding the deep coverage of trump’s shenanigans, ill say that this is the first MSNBC video i watched since the #boycottmsnbc movement. #DoBetterMSNBC

    1. “But what I like most about Andrew Yang and his presidential campaign is that he is approaching modern problems with modern solutions while other candidates either grasp onto an idealized past or dredge up historical grievance. He breaks through the capitalism/socialism paradigm with ideas that could be placed on either side of the aisle, bolstering entrepreneurialism and economic development while also offering aid and support to those who have been caught in the tailwind of the market. His rapidly growing popularity is a testament to his humanist approach to politics and the growing disdain among the American public towards media polarization and identity politics promulgated by the elite stratospheres of society. The silent majority is being roused into consciousness. And that is a good thing.” Samuel Kronen of Quillette

      Decide for yourself.

  3. This interviewer is awful. He’s radiating his opinion so very clearly. Disappointing. Unprofessional. Classic MSNBC.

    1. Day time is the reason we shouldn’t let fathers marry their daughters.

    2. @ẇȏȗʟԀṅ’ṭ ṭһȏȗ To live deliciously? what are you a incestaphob you are a bigot you should be more tolerate of Jew men making babies with their daughters

  4. Great answer by Yang. Quite rude of the show to cut Yang off as he was giving his parting words and wishing the program well. It is customary and a basic gesture of respect for a show to allow the guests to have the final word before the fade to break…

The full interview is quite good. Seems like the interviewer was trying to catch Yang off guard but of course it only made him look better as usual

    1. whitecraneboxing,

    2. @gespilk Actually, the take-from-the-wealthy mentality is more in line with Warren than Yang. Yang is far from a corporatist like your saying. that is what Warren is proposing. The wealth tax as she calls it does exactly that: tax the wealthy to pay for the poor. We need both in existence ( Wealthy and poor)so the best compromise is the UBI that includes a VAT tax on the productions of companies. VAT tax is implemented all over the world. The US is one of the last advanced countries that dont have this in place yet.

    3. gespilk
“Yang’s fake UBI takes only from the Wealth which is being transacted”
Not true, this ignores the fact that the VAT will not fund the entire ubi and will fund at least 1/3 of the ubi. The only source of funding where this is true is the VAT, which applies to all people, and anybody who isn’t rich will spend more as a result of the ubi, contributing even more to the VAT(which will boost the economy)along with people visiting the US, and businesses might not even fully pass on the VAT to consumers as a result of increased competition. Also, the VAT taxes goods and services that are purchased by corporations that are costs to their businesses(like data), and those will always be around that do not pass to the consumer(and help make big corporations pay their fair share). The Freedom Dividend is the most progressive policy there is out of any candidate. I typed everything in like an instant so sorry if any of this is confusing.

    4. @Day Time Yang scored a 1220 out of 1600 on his SAT at age 12 and holds a GMAT score of 780 out of 800. Try again buddy, maybe with less racism

  5. At a time when it feels like the country couldn’t be more divided, it’s fascinating to watch these attempts to make a strong unifying message look like a bad thing. As usual, Andrew proves himself above the cheap framing and reminds us of the facts which too many in the audience are sick of being deprived of. That’s my president.

    1. @Kern Albert Yang is bridging that gap by doing something most politicians never even come close to doing. He’s listening to people and being understanding of the problems, and telling the truth about why it’s happening. People hear that. It’s hard to argue against someone when they’re speaking the truth of the reality that people are seeing all across the country

    2. @TheMarctoast How is that fundamentally different from What Sanders, Warren, Castro, Booker, Williamson and Gabbard are doing?

    1. Ro Ashley cause he had substance and here these two video left out almost everything…… they still trying to frame him as no one

  6. Chris: “convince me that you’re not a republican in disguise.”

Yang: “I’m running to stop Trump from a second term and to fix the country.”

Chris: “… ya but how can I be sure that you’re worthy to be apart of the Clinton party?”

MSNBC, once again showing that they’ve already decided who should win… *cough* Biden *cough*

    1. UBI’s not even means tested, even Yang could collect this and it comes at the expense of the poorer people the most, it’s a massive panacea that will even shift more tax burden down. Yang is a corporate lawyer, and an extremely wealthy, hyper capitalist just like Bezos.

  7. Yang is new energy he bring to DNC. Lots of Yang supporters never been to primaries or even gave up elections. Thanks #AndrewYang for making us better Americans and celebrate our democracy.

  8. This is not a good interview. At any rate, I am a lifelong independent and i donated to Yang’s campaign and really hope he wins. He is the most intelligent candidate in decades. He doesn’t just blather on about problems we all know exist, but talks about solutions. He’s pragmatic and comes across as trustworthy and genuine. MSNBC and other conglomerates don’t want to give him attention because they prefer a candidate that will cave to corporate interests.

  9. So this guy named “day time” in the comments calling Andrew yang a “commie” and “dog eater” is the exact reason why inbreeding is illegal in the U.S

    1. It might be legal, hence why there is a troll who calls himself by “Day time”. Doesn’t get more inbred than that lol.

    2. Inbreeding is not illegal millions of Muslims and Jews marry and breed with cousins and father daughter regularly

    1. MSNBC is a corporate shill. They are paid by the corporations aka special interest groups to maintain the status quo and push the political establishments. Andrew is the complete opposite. He is a existential threat to them. Therefore, they want him out and censor him. We know we won’t let that happen, ever.

    1. @chavezchavo you should be able to see that it’s the Jews holding Andrew Yang back you must see that #jewcontrolmsnbc
