    1. @mark Evans Interesting. All I hear are Republican Karens whining like Donnie. Warms my heart. FAUX is the new Karen channel. Some of the whiners like you come here too which is also very entertaining. I’m not red or blue so cram that crap before you even start.

    2. Cruz is 10 pounds of flaming BS in a 5-pound paper bag. Stupidest mistake in my life when I thought I had sufficient reason to vote for that lying sack of Lying Ted. And I’ve made a LOT of stupid mistakes in my life.

  1. Gov Abbott: “No one could have seen this coming!”
    2011 storm’s power outages: 🙄
    1989 storm’s power outages: 🙄
    Gov Abbott: “No ONE!”

    1. @mark Evans personally I could care less about Texas..but my heart goes out to those who suffer from Texas Republican ignorance n stupidity .

  2. An ounce of prevention could have definitely avoided a pound of misery. Prevention at the power and the polls.

  3. Beto O’ Rourke has been said to have made thousands of calls to senior citizens checking on their status, next time maybe Texans will choose wisely.

  4. What is that bronze statue to the left of the Mayor’s cabinet top with a man grabing a child mid air? Is it windy in Texas too? Oh yes! Hurricanes!

  5. Something no one has mentioned is that property values in Texas are going to crash because the water system is not winterized as well as the power system

  6. Republicans answer to everything is deregulate like they’re asking now with the water system well that deregulation is what got them they’re here in the first place

  7. It will be interesting to see what happens in the next election. I doubt they will learn anything. This happened ten years ago and in 89.

  8. When people lazily say “The two wings of the party are just part of the same bird” Remember O’Rourke made phone calls to check on seniors and AOC raised over $2M for a food bank in Tex and is going down there to distribute food. No, there IS a difference.

  9. not deep enough water pipes is the problem, in the NE pipes are min 4ft below the surface, Texans are ignorant if they think pipes don’t freeze in the south.

  10. Things have already been deregulated in many instances due to covid. That is really just a release from liability and accountability. Consumers have little recourse.
