Can any Sector of Jamaica 🇯🇲 works efficiently? It’s just Slackness after Slackness. Customer Service in Jamaica 🇯🇲 is just horrendous 😫. You have to wait hours in line for everything. Both JLP and PNP Party are culpable and complicit in the patty shop running 🏃♂️ of the Country. They don’t have no sense of urgency in any department. They have no prospect of people valuable times. I wish that the Tourists would go somewhere else. Go where you are celebrated, and not just tolerated. Time is money 💰 wasted.

The airport needs improvement,more bathroom, efficient service, and stop checking on people items,why they have to put on black gloves searching,that’s unacceptable.
Chang and Barlett running to the airport for phot ops. At the end of the day the systems need to improve. That’s the biggest problem with Government they are not proactive to nothing, reactive to everything.
They need to open up Ian Fleming has they had promise to and from Miami. Another time we get trick from last November this was suppose to happen

All inclusive flights don’t benefit Jamaica all the money stays in foreign.
MBJ need pre- clearance POS do it during carnival seasons
I was assigned to MBJ for 6 months in 1988 and it was just as bad even using the Charter flights terminal..
Fix it . Go Jamaica push the tax money government and fix things up. I love going home to montego bay.
Imagine making all this money from tourism and hundreds of locals coming through this airport and the relevant authorities do not see the pressing need to improve the service! I experienced this same frustration in Christmas! Just really a shame!!!
While I agree that Jamaica’s system needs improvement, you how many times I stood in long lines in USA until I miss connecting flights. I remember one time I was going to USA and it was the flight attendant who had to speak on my behalf so I could be pulled out the line to catch the last flight of the day. This is not unique to Jamaica.
