the sad part is that after all that suffering they will still vote for them crooks I think is a mental illness thing. sad to say.

A functioning moral society has the back of their citizens in times like these

    • Hi Truth seeker. What we really need is to get back to work bud. The truth is the government doesn’t have the money to do monthly checks bud. We would be destroyed in a year with no hope of recovery. We need to push through and open up. Thanks truth seeker and have a good night

  4. History has seen this before and it wasn’t kind. It wasn’t to President Hoover and I doubt it will be kind to President Trump. First we had the Hooverville shanty towns during the Depression, and it won’t be too much longer ‘till the Trumpville Tent Cities start popping up before he leaves office in the midst of this Pandemic. Congress needs to give emergency relief to those that are in risk of being evicted and or foreclosed.

  5. But they keep voting re thug li cans to office! Be careful what you ask for!

Mitch made it CLEAR we are getting NOTHING. The bill has been sitting on his desk since May.

  7. “Tent City” like what CHICAGO did to the NATIVE Americans on THIER OWN LANDS

  8. With no city/state funding, services in every municipality will cut fire, police, teachers, transit, garbage collection, etc. Wait until red states, already desperately underfunded figure out that the concept of ‘ blue state bailouts’ really means.

What actually is too much money? $600 is pitiful, it is less than what they pay for the clothes on their backs. I do not blame them because their children do not have to go to bed hungry or sleep in strange places because they are homeless. I see families suffering terribly and God will judge everyone who is putting them in such situation.

  15. Ayanna your absolutely BEAUTIFUL 🌹

  16. don’t forget all those tax breaks so corporations could buy back their stocks

  17. The only reason Republicans are doing anything with stimulus checks is to help senate candidates in Georgia.

  18. Stimulus money would be going back into the economy once again

  19. She’s right, calling it “stimulus” is the wrong word.

Correct. Survival checks for those in need is more like it. And I have to say, if Walmart and grocery stores can be open then ALL businesses that do not bring people into the danger of getting Covid should be open, and ALL NEED TO PLEASE, PLEASE, WEAR MASKS!!!!!!!
