I don’t think it’s just poc. Our judicial system is divided by rich/poor. If you can afford an attorney, you’re far more likely to get a lesser sentence than if you have a public pretender.

Currently there is a review process, but its Judges reviewing other Judges. It needs to be a review process from an independent third party.
If a Judge gives the minimum sentence to a white person but gives a maximum sentence to a person of color, that Judge should be fired.
