They were primarily caused by the pandemic.
You are barking up the wrong tree. The problem was the pandemic, not Biden. But he was able to release oil from the strategic oil reserve and the Fed has raised interest rates…. so both the gas prices and inflation have dropped in the US… not so much in other countries.
