  1. I agree. Adam Sandler should’ve won a best actor award for Uncut Gems. That movie, and his acting, were edge of your seat.

    1. Adam Sandler is the kind of guy that seems to be a nice guy. Now the question do I find him funny? No. He seems to be one of those actors every time I know there’s a movie with him I just skip. Naaa don’t wanna watch. Maybe great at being a dad..actor, not sure..! 🤣🤣🤣

  2. Adam Sandler is the friend we all wish we had. He’s such an amazing person. Seems like once you’re his friend.. you instantly become his family.

    1. While this comment seem where nice, i have seen Adam as happy and he is just like me, hides what is see a conical depression just like most people with jokes. its not laughing matter. rarely do introverts get the understanding they need. I see him as a person with high intelligence that lack stimulation. I my self is if an IQ over 130, and know very well how people hide how they feel…

    1. @Shawn Wang he has way more movies than 2-3 that are worthy. Just because most of his movies are comedies doesn’t mean they can’t be included

    2. Hands down! there is no such thing as winning multiple Mark Twain Prizes, that’s a lifetime achievement award

    2. @Kelly Mulderino Hating Adam Sandler for making bad films is like hating Robin Williams for making bad films.

  3. The Sandman is absolutely one of the funniest people to ever live. I’m so thankful that he got to create the movies HE wanted to as well. Growing up watching Billy Madison and Happy Gilmore followed by everything he’s done has been awesome. I hope I can be like him one day soon.

    1. Billy Madison is one og my favorite all time movies. “hey kids it’s me! I bet ya thought that I was dead! but when I fell over I just broke my leg and got a hemorrhage in my headddd!”

      and

      “who eats 30 sack lunches?”

“I will tell ya who it was, it was that damned sasquatch!!” 😂😂😂

  4. I once was a stand in for one of his movies, and I was taken back that Sandler actually took the time to say hello to everyone on the set. Pure class.

  5. Watching Big Daddy as a kid is a core memory in my lifetime, as well as Down to Earth. I’ll always love these guys. Damn, we’re all getting old huh 😢

  6. Adam Sandler is just too good for an Oscar. He is in another category, there needs to be an award for people like adam, chris, spade.. just the whole gang. They brought so much joy and laughter to our homes and they are just so grounded. Being friends for over 30 years speaks volumes how this guys are. Big Appreciation!

    1. @sawgunner85 Wtf Williams in the same league as Adam and David Spade? Ya ok… Jim is scratching like several levels below and clearly has not achieved that body of work yet. Adam? Come on just stop.

  7. I met Adam Sandler on GMA and I must say from the first look at him I was in tears. He embraced me he spoke with we laugh he hugged me he took pictures with me. It truly made me feel as if he had known me forever, and I was and will always will be his biggest fan 🎉. Best time ever!!!❤

    1. Wow now that’s a great memory of someone that everyone loves.
Love his Movies not like he’s acting.
      Thanks for sharing!!

  8. I grew up in the Adam Sandler era, what a talent, an absolute beast. Tickets were sold, unless you knew someone in the theatre that could put a few tickets away for you. So, me and my buddies would have a few tickets put away for us so we can catch the movie, man i miss everything about the 90s.

    1. What do you mean the adam Sandler “era”??? He never stopped. Asking films. Smh. Go sit down somewhere

  9. I got chills man. I love Adam. And Chris. And the friendship they have over the years. Its very cool to have love for your friends man.

  10. Sandler deserves a Nobel Prize or something for teaching half my generation how to be good men. His moral compass is impeccable. His humor, candor, and creative genius is tops.

  11. What a sincere and touching tribute. Chris Rock really is a class act. He’s always been rough but there’s a diamond there for sure.

  12. I hope Chris makes an entire movie about the slap.
    A night at the Oscar’s.
It’s never going to go away.
    You made History Will.

    1. @B_Carr007i, he’s a comedian and words is their tool. It’s accepted that when you go to the Oscars you’re likely to be on the receiving end.
Freedom of speech afforded by the Constitution to protect all people including comedians. Geez….I’m sure there’s a lot of people who have been recipients of Will and Jade’s harsh words.
Assault hurt and actually at times kill people; that’s why you get charged for assault and not words, to state the obvious and to state the severity of Will’s actions compared to Chris’s words.

    2. @Ileri Labs Talking about the adult thing to do… Dont insult a mans wife, period. Hurt a man’s wife (ANY) man’s wife you better be ready for concequences. Thats Life. Been that way for a long time. And as far as August goes, Jada was hurt from the alleged affair with Will and Robbie. So hey, it is what it is.. BUT as far as the smack, I bet you Chris Rock wont be insulting another man’s wife in front of her husband again.

    3. @Naomi Waetford You’re right, freedom of speech.. Well know this, I know Chris knows know, if you insult a man’s wife, ANY man’s wife in front of him, COMEDIAN or not, reguardless of what the constitution says, you better be ready for whatever concequences that husband has for you. I bet you Mr Rock understands that.

    4. @B_Carr007i , no, AGAIN, he was not defending her honour because she doesn’t have any. He did nothing but made a fool of himself. He will never be looked at the same way by MOST OF the people who watch his work. I used to like to watch his work because he was a talented artist.
Again, an honourable wife would have stopped him as soon as he got up.
She was still sour from Chris calling her out in the 2016 Oscars when she couldn’t get him to boycott it😂.

    5. @Naomi Waetford  You’re right, it was NOT for her honor. Will smacked him for being disrespectful to him and his family, in front of him and his family. Chris disrespected Will, his wife, and his family. In front of everyone, then Chris laughed about it in his face.. Then… Chris got what was well deserved, and everyone know it. That’s why he got away with it in front of the whole world. Because MOST people know and understand you just DON’T mess with a man’s family. Period, and checkmate.

  13. Yo, nothing in the world can ever top the combination of genuine friendship and professional respect. I f’in love these guys.

  14. In this self obsessed world we live in. It’s great to know talented people like Adam sander are still out there. With all his success truly a tremendous human being.
