Collective bargaining is a Canadian right, Doug except for essential services. Don’t like it? Make teaching an essential service. Teachers won’t like that but the reason governments are in a tizzy is because so many women are off work and businesses are furious. Terrible premier.

As a taxpayer, I want the children of the future to have the education they deserve! That starts with funding. Healthy and happy teachers raise health, happy and [ultimately] successful “taxpayers” of the future.
30 hours a week, kids spend in school! 30 hours! That time can either be wasted away OR they could have an engaging and enriching educational experience that they can take with them for a lifetime. In this day in age there are SOOO many educational resources and technologies available to enrich our education system! Why deprive them?
But why would Ford care about that? He doesn’t care about a future that doesn’t evolve him. But hey, at least the nurses who take care of HIM will remember how he impacted THEIR future. π
