Five suburban Denver police officers and medics have been indicted by a Colorado grand jury in connection with the death two years ago of a young Black man walking home from the store.

The grand jury concluded police used excessive force to restrain McClain despite a lack of evidence he had done anything wrong, and that paramedics used far too high a dose of the tranquilizer, which legally is considered a deadly weapon.

    1. @Jack Nasty The vast majority of people have a belief about something and a passion about it, behind what they’ve been hearing, it’s not behind any first hand experience or independent thinking.
It’s like ginning- up a Lynch mob or like if you shouted FIRE, in a crowded auditorium and people panicked and stampeded like cattle, trampling each other.
