Who on earth was feeling cheated by a lack of heat from last summer? Is she insane or did she already forget all about Lytton B.C.? Not to mention the draughts experienced my farmers in Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
Enviro Canada does not even address Alberta cloud seeding programs, not sure they are on the ball at all.
Geoengineering isn’t just happening in Alberta…😉
And how have Phillips’ predictions from previous summers fared? If he has no track record of accurate predictions, then the predictions for this summer are worthless.
