The whole senate is enshrined to protect the small Republican-dominated states. If that was not enough, they created this bogus filibuster by protecting their minority voices ever more.
Idaho, Wyoming, Dakotas and Montana have less than five million people between them, but 10 Republican senators.
Do you understand that proportionate representation is in the house? Did you go to school? Do you understand anything or do you just say stuff you think is clever?

Now, major politicians and the media are insistent on attacking and alienating every segment of the population (White, Black, Brown, Asian, Etc. Every single one), knowing what they are doing will not only inflame tensions but create the potential for the extreme elements on both sides to use it as a tool for recruitment in extreme groups (The “news” outlets might as well run commercial advertisement for extreme groups at this point). The filibuster just needs to go. At the very least, the senator needs to be on the floor talking the entire time on topic. And all 40 senators need to be present. It’s time they earned their paycheck.
