Ex-prosecutor says Trump’s posts attacking Manhattan DA are crimes

Former prosecutor Karen Agnifilo says that posts made by former President Donald Trump that attacked Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, the head of the office investigating payments to former adult film actress Stormy Daniels, are crimes and its a matter of whether Trump will get charged with them.

  1. Broadcasting anger, requesting violence, oppressing families and individuals, restricting knowledge, providing access to lethal weapons, and publicly claiming it righteous is TREASONOUS.

    1. Yet he can still be a candidate in the American presidential race!! The standards to be the leader of the free world had fallen to rock bottom if this man ever gets re-elected to any political position.

    2. @Richardmaterials are still available but most people don’t use one of the greatest free resources in every city and state…the public library.

  2. No other citizen would get away with these threats, and nor should Trump. Add this crime to the list of others.

    1. @Michael Paige Care less about JB, didn’t vote for him. Feel sorry for you, the disappointment, depression, frustration and anger coming your way, I just hope you don’t got the way of the Jim Jones, David Koresh, Charlie Manson or Hale-Bop followers.

  3. If I, as a public citizen did a third of anything that Trump has committed, I would already be locked up. Why is this being dragged out for so long?

    1. @Kingboy King translation: blame someone else when *they* don’t get it. That prolly doesn’t make sense to you either. Old Polish proverb – not my circus…

  4. I think we needs to stop worrying about Trumps safety and begin to worry about everyone else’s safety/

    1. Who has been worried about Trump’s safety? I definitely have not been worried at all. On the contrary really. Lightning strikes people on golf courses all the time. Just sayin.

  5. If you are still donating money to this particular billionare, you are truly brainwashed. If money has left your bank account and ended up in his account, you have been openly and publicly scammed. The sad part is that these people give him money and actually feel good about it.

    1. He’s not really a billionaire but he’s trying to get donations to cover all of his debt and if he’s lucky he can break even or if extremely lucky make a profit. Lol

  6. I love how the justice system is two different systems. One for the wealthy and famous, and one for everyone else.

    1. @omaRamo O yeah! most people are scared when they break the law and they are out of their jurisdiction.

  7. What happens if someone makes a post pointing a gun at a photo of Trump along with threats of death? Whatever would happen should be exactly what happens to Trump right now.

  8. The fact that he wasn’t arrested immediately over this picture is proof that there are a different set of rules for rich and poor people in the United States.

    1. @NCSWIC No, was he doing something to help America, instead of what Trump does trying to destroy America?

  9. I just can’t. Why the f can’t he be arrested for these on going and latest criminal attacks on prosecutors? These crimes don’t need a Grand Jury to indict before arrest. It needs a prosecutor to go in front of a judge and get an arrest warrant. The fact that a criminal on a crime spree gets deference and is treated like no other citizen has been really eye opening exploding the “no person is above the law” chestnut.

    1. I lived in the US and I have many close relatives in Michigan and New York. Being born in a communist country, my dream was to move to the US. That dream turned into a nightmare.
I’m afraid your country has completely gone off rails.

  10. So he’s escalated from ‘It will be wild’ to ”Death and Destruction”
This isn’t rhetoric, it is death threats.

    1. @Mark OK, I reported you for harassment against me, making false accusations towards my comments #TrollThat

  11. The Department of Justice shouldn’t be leaving Bragg exposed like this. A formal indictment from the DOJ is what’s needed, because that is what will lead to Trump being legally barred from holding public office. They’re dragging their feet for no good reason.

    1. @Alaska Guns N’Gear🇺🇸 You’ll shed crocodile tears when the indictment is served! 😮

    2. @Alaska Guns N’Gear🇺🇸 no, there isn’t. That is just wishful thinking. They are taking their time to build an airtight case because. Trump is incredibly slippery

  12. It’s funny how he gets away with saying and doing these things yet if any of us were to say how we really feel about him in this manner in our comments we’d probably have the FBI knocking on our door. If I said what I’d really like to see happen to him I’d be arrested just for saying it. Why does he get away with it? They need to lock him away and shut him up. They need to protect the public from this monster.

    1. @Michael Paige if DONALD J TRUMP got arrested, it would make a GREAT CAMPAIGN POSTER,
      He already has my VOTE

  13. Yet he’s still walking around free to continue with his vile rhetoric and disgusting behavior. What is wrong with our justice system. This is getting ridiculous. LOCK HIM UP ALREADY

    1. @Charles Borrelli “What speech is not protected by the First Amendment?
Only that expression that is shown to belong to a few narrow categories of speech is not protected by the First Amendment. The categories of unprotected speech include obscenity, child pornography, defamatory speech, false advertising, true threats, and fighting words.”

  14. These threats and smears need to be prosecuted! It sure can’t be legal to smear and threat your prosecuter?
    edit:
    thank you Agnifilo and Goodman.

    1. Looks like the justice system is scared of him and he can’t be touched. If he is not indicted shows justice don’t have the guts to put him to jail
