    1. Just as a reminder, vaccinations are covered by the federal “HIPPA” regulations and you cannot see your medical records without filing for access to those records.

Although HIPPA claims to protect the patient’s privacy, it was actually written by the medical/pharmaceutical establishment in order to make it more difficult for patients to find out what’s in their medical records …… and also make it more difficult to sue for malpractice.

Furthermore, access to information about the Covid vaccines may be restricted in order to protect the vaccine manufacturers from liability for death or injuries.

In fact, vaccine manufacturers already have immunity under a 1986 federal law from any injuries that result from a vaccination. Some state laws also cap all damages for medical malpractice at $200,000. So if you’re injured or die as a result of any of the Covid vaccines, you’re going to be $hyt Outa Luck.

    1. Great to see Dr Fauci in his rightful role, but I wish there was a translation for non medical people like me. Still, I gathered enough to know it was hopeful news.

    2. @Michele Z If people were as patient as you with scientific jargon, we’d have a much better world; it’s really quite unfortunate that scientific jargon obfuscates concepts to the masses – resulting in a society that rejects science.

I do hope our society changes for the better in these transitionary 4 years.

    1. *Dr. Fauci:* Any PCR positive with a CT over 35 is “just dead nucleotides, PERIOD.” – TWiV #641
*Also Dr. Fauci:* Let’s test everyone with the PCR-positive cutoff at 40 CT.
This is NOT science. This is an obvious fraud, literally GUARANTEEING massive false-positives.

    2. @robotron17 Science by definition is always adapting the facts base on the research….. so science is back

    3. @Alvaro Meneses You apparently have no clue what these CT values mean, and that’s why Fauci so easily deceived you.

  1. What’s good about the J&J vaccine is that it reportedly only needs 1 shot, unlike the two for most other vaccines.
Hopefully the results come out good. An efficacy of 70% would be good enough. 60% may even be acceptable. The WHO only requires 50%.

  2. The advantage of the Johnson & Johnson is with a single dose they can vaccinate twice as many people as the other vaccines we now have. The amount of increase will of course depend on the the amount of supply the US can get.

    1. Don’t forget to mention how stable it is. It won’t need special ultra cold freezers. Can be shipped on ice. This will be a game changer for distribution.

    2. They’re testing both a single dose and two doses I believe 56 days apart if I remember correctly. You can find the early results online from the manufacturer, in terms of just antibodies/ immune response but not raw effectiveness just yet (thats next week, hopefully). Both seemed to provoke a strong immune response that lasted through the duration of the trial, but the response after the booster dose was still much stronger. The single dose still might be good enough though, again we will see next week.
Also, the J&J vaccine is a more traditional vaccine platform that doesn’t require cryogenic temperatures and is much cheaper to make, so even if it turns out you need two doses its still very good news.

    1. @Matthew Sigurdson They did nothing, Pfizer took ZERO dollars and was not a part of warp speed. And getting the vaccine was only part of the quest, no? So why did Trump’s boy Azar LIE to the states in Jan and tell them they’d get more vaccine from the stockpile when he knew when he said it the stockpile was EMPTY? Oh, right, because Trump’s admin was nothing but a bunch of incompetent, crooked, lying flucks.

    2. @Vickie Shoemaker you are misinformed. Warp speed which Trump administration was in charge of it made it so that companies like Pfizer were fast tracked. They didn’t take money but they benefited from the polices of warp speed

  3. This is what should have been happening last summer. This is what competent government can bring—not the self-serving, self-promoting, and superstitious negligence that has cost the lives of almost half a million people since then.

  4. I can see why Trump refused to listen to Fauci. There are too many big terms in this graphic for him to understand.

    1. Beautiful to hear whole sentences!!! Tr****p had trouble with the long ones. Dr Fauci is awesome to hear and see!

  5. As a Chemist who was raised in a medical family, I’m just amazed at our current medical/ chemical capability

  6. I’m good on Johnson Johnson…. the baby powder class action suit was all the proof I needed to say no!!

  7. The Johnson and Johnson vaccine used fetal cells derived from an aborted _HUMAN_ fetus. This is morally reprehensible.
