J W I️ disagree. He’s clearly a smart man and one with integrity. He knew leaving early on would have accomplished nothing, it wouldn’t have slowed Trump down at all. I️ think he decided a long time ago what was happening was wrong and needed to be made public, and stayed around to gather information because he knew what Trump would do and how he’d lie and cheat to win the next election, and the more injustices and unconstitutional things he personally witnessed, the more he’d be able to inform the public of during election season.
Trump definitely thinks he’s above the rule of law. Watch him break more laws while Barr and McConnell cover for him.
Unfortunately it is a sad fact; the good part is that he pushed people to be more aware of his crimes and their rights. As you said the whole administration and judiciary is corrupt, otherwise there are bigger crimes to be investigated, including:

@Donald Holcomb So I guess that makes Trump the Kingpin? Have you read anything about his history? Have you not seen how many of the people he surrounds himself being indicted and arrested on a regular basis? You CANNOT equate the two, no matter how much you stretch the imagination.

@Tiara B That’s why I wish countries had a an election system like France’s two part voting rounds. One to filter out popular picks and then another round to get it down further to the main choice. Waaaay more ability for third parties to actually have a chance and an impact. More reflective of the votes of the citizens and less chance of career politicians just gliding by if they don’t do their jobs.
