  1. The first Afghan to leave the country was the President , who must be carrying loads of valuables surely …..

  2. Why not getting them out months ago, when this was the plan since 2020??? You wanted to leave them there, just like the kurds

    1. Try reading President Bidens speech from 8/6/21.. he explains that plans were being made to
evacuate then but the criminal who was their president didn’t want that as he feared it would be a problem also many citizens did not want to go..read the speech

    1. Not for our own soldiers and their families..you can’t blame Biden read his speech from 8/16/21 he tells why our gov could not get the Afgans to leave much earlier and they did try..read the speech

  3. Those interview questions were callous and insensitive. I am glad to hear his perspective and that he remains optimistic. He may not even realize how grossly xenophobic many Americans are or that they even wish to abandon him. Let’s hope this didn’t sow any unnecessary seeds of doubt & that he and his family are rescued swiftly.

    1. Why would the translators, cooks, and drivers be targeted when the Afghan soldiers that fought and killed Taliban for years were welcomed with open arms into the Taliban ranks?

  4. Romans 3:10-18
[10]As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:
[11]There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God.
[12]They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.
[13]Their throat is an open sepulchre; with their tongues they have used deceit; the poison of asps is under their lips:
[14]Whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness:
[15]Their feet are swift to shed blood:
[16]Destruction and misery are in their ways:
[17]And the way of peace have they not known:
[18]There is no fear of God before their eyes.

  5. Afghan citizens need to help themselves !! The Afghan President and military did nothing to stop the Taliban. Instead , they ran ! Billions of dollars were given to the government! Where did it go! Into the pockets of corrupt Afghan government officials!
