  1. Court systems need to start treating everyone equally. Racism and bias of any kind needs to stop, it has no place in law and order. Say no to Racism.

    1. @TJ Rage sure but that’s where lawmakers come in. They need to stop being self serving, they need to be held to account and regulated to work for the people and not against them.

    2. Ha. Tell that to your former President because he seems to be. No one is above the law especially when it comes to black people… Well that is the history of the U.S. if he committed the crime and it is without any doubt let justice be served if he is innocent which happens way too often where is this system of Justice.

  2. Definitely heartbreaking … lost for words! ❤❤❤ to you and your family!

    1. The tests & trials we face are not what you think they are- like justice or racism. But to see if you are going to rely on Him! Give God Honor & Glory🙏🏼🕊praying always with thanksgiving & His will ❤️‍🩹

    2. @Tom It’s all a test, the choices you make, all a test. The world appears to have gone a little crazy more than usual, not just America. In my world, God is all we have to rely on!

    3. TrollinWithFacts Plenty of people don’t due the crime, and do the time! Let’s hope it doesn’t happen to you!

    1. When they that justice is blind they’re talking about a statue. People are not statues. They have biases and prejudices.

    2. The first time around was because of his skin color and I wouldn’t be surprised if the second time around is the exact same reason….. the explanation of Ashley Moody is total BS… If she would have stated that she has evidence that proves he is guilty, then no issue…. but the reasoning just smells bad as to why she appealed this in the first place !!!! who the fk does this to an innocent person if there is proof he is innocent ??? His lawyer better figure it out real quick !!!!!

  3. Sending him back to prison is cruel and unusual punishment for something he did not do and the facts support his claim of innocence. It’s not right and they know it.

    1. @Lyn Ingle Does Connor’s father know you are trying to kill him 2 or does he think it’s just me? Not that he would care since he has been jealous of him since he was born he is probably hoping to get rid of both of us.

    1. This is appalling!
Even if he did committed the crime, he has already spent 3 decades in prison.

He should be rewarded millions of dollar for this horrendous injustice. This country makes me sick!!🤮

  4. Meanwhile in Texas Governor Abbott is trying to pardon a man convicted of murder at a black lives matter protest

    1. Yea, but that is logical and makes sense regardless of whether you side with his beliefs. If you support his beliefs, you would then therefore support his actions

    2. Did you even heard the case? The off duty cop purposely drove into where they were protesting after posting about wanting to shoot a protester. Pointing and firing is not the same thing and this guy was an agitator to people protesting in a state where anyone can bare arms. The court and jury found him guilty but the governor wants to pardon him before he us even sentenced.

  5. Who gains from this man being returned to prison? It only costs more to house him there. He is leading a productive life and even if you think he did commit the crime, isn’t 30 years enough? For a Country that claims to be Christian the US views of forgiveness and grace seem to be the absolute opposite.

    1. Exactly! 30 yrs should have been more than sufficient of a punishment. But this is how the USA rolls………& we all know why! 🤷‍♀️

    1. @Love JetFuel stupid overgeneralization you make but I do get your anger of this decision. It is totally wrong. Note the amazing man is not bitter or angry.

  6. This is just the American injustice system working exactly the way its supposed to, especially when it comes to black men.

  7. That’s inhumane! You took his rights away and continue to threaten his freedom. Justice ⚖️ needed. We are all watching and praying 🙏

  8. How about the FL DA goes after the criminal in Mar-A-Lago, instead of torturing and trying to pin a crime on a man without any evidence?

  9. The man held down a job and got himself a good woman while he was freed. He poses NO threat to anybody. Why even waste taxpayers dollars to send him back for a crime he didn’t commit seems like a crime in itself. I call BS.

    1. To top it all off, he knows he’s going back behind bars and decided to spend the last of his time at church.
