    Good … This was a Murder …..

  2. I dunno why it took so long to charge them all. They could of saved alot of grief if they did this as fast, as they were fired.

    • @Some Person ummmmmmm . . . . . I would never do that unless I was making a joke. I despise Trump beyond words. What comments are you talking about? I ran into a jk on another thread who is a total Trump supporter, alt-right, blah blah blah. Is it possible you’ve mistaken us? We don’t use the same icon. Or maybe you’re just bored and looking for someone to harass who’s done none of the things you’re claiming. If we don’t all start learning how to ask questions and check our facts (not to mention give people the benefit of the doubt) we really will have no civilized discourse left in this country. And we’re pretty darned close to it now.

    • @Some Person oh my g-d. You so have the wrong person. You just described literally the opposite of who I am and anything I’ve done. I’m a grown up. I’m also a decent person. I’ve said my piece.

    • Some Person | June 3, 2020 at 5:19 PM | Reply

@J K ya, and you lied. Sorry snowflake, your previous comments tell a story of a loser who lies to try to troll. There are many just as pathetic as you are, but thankfully your previous comments clarify who you really are. Cheers kiddo, as you also claim to be many different ages…

    • P.s. guess I haven’t finished my piece yet. When I take the time to write a comment on youtube or anywhere else, those are my real thoughts and feelings. I don’t get involved in discussions here to play games or mess with people’s heads. I take what is going on in this country very seriously. And if there are words I can say that might prompt a person to consider the non-Trump view of the world, I write them. And I mean them.

    • @Some Person do me one favor. Please provide me with links to the threads you’re talking about. I want to see them. I want to see what you’re talking about. You’re obviously convinced so I’d like to see. Please.

This is the BEST NEWS that I have heard in days! Now, let’s always be vigilant with this case.

Charging doesn’t mean conviction . This country has seen this time and time again.

    • The jury selection should be comprised of majority black jurors! Why not? Countless black people have been tried by all white Jurors in the past. There is nothing wrong with having an all black jury if this gets George Floyd the justice he deserves. This is equity! I have no apologies whatsoever regarding this statement….It is plain to see for every one with a conscience and fair mind George Floyd was murdered in cold blood….He was literally choked to death while begging for his life from another human being if i can even call it that.

Good…they should have been charged a week ago

  7. Charged but not convicted, just like every other killer cop they will find work elsewhere after they are fired to appease the public.

    • look whats happening now | June 3, 2020 at 4:00 PM | Reply

I think you’re wrong on that. It’s clear cut. He had no weapon, handcuffed and had three cops with their knee’s on his body. And it doesnt even matter if he was Ted Bundy and a pos. He begged, he pleaded, then he died. Clear cut.

    • They won’t risk not convicting them, if they do, this country will burn itself to the ground.

    • Virginia O'Flaherty | June 3, 2020 at 6:05 PM | Reply

Arrest. DA files charges. The prisoner gets a lawyer, Trial in front of a Jury and Judge. Then conviction or acquittal. Then Judge sentences. Roy, Roy… that’s how the steps of justice are supposed to unfold.

    • Alain Savard | June 3, 2020 at 6:15 PM | Reply

@Virginia O’Flaherty Including the hung jury by one or more Trump supporters.

    • @Alain Savard This is one case where it’s a slam dunk. It was intentional and anybody can see that. Other cases there have been many questions and some were in self defense. But this case here there are no questions. You don’t see ANYONE trying to make an excuse for what he did.

  8. Witness: “You’re killing that man!”
    Floyd: “I can’t breathe.”
    Those cops: **whatever**
    America: 😡

Glad to hear that Attorney General Keith Ellison raised the third degree murder charge against Derek Chauvin to second degree murder. It’s an overdue but welcome step towards justice for George Floyd. Also great that Tou Thao, Alexander Kueng, and Thomas Lane will be charged too

    • @frictionRx9 Go away, troll.

    • Tommy Thompson | June 3, 2020 at 3:58 PM | Reply

Right, and he was just blaming the Trump Administration yesterday for what he calls not doing anything about it? So if AG Keith Ellison is responsible for bringing the charges why didn’t he do it earlier and why the third degree murder to begin with? As Minnesota Democrats watched their city burn, looting and assaults on their people they told law enforcement to stand down which affected the same people they protest. Does that make sense?

    • Tommy Thompson link to the quite from Ellison talking about the Trump admin?

    • Passive Agressive | June 3, 2020 at 6:57 PM | Reply

laksh nayyar why didn’t KE run for office? This man was the most understated politician in Congress. He predicted Trumps win 2015 when the entire country literally laughed in his face#abc. He saw what was coming back in the day, so I trust this man implicitly to get the job done.

@ruth depew So Democrats also don’t want to take any accountabilty then. They don’t want to change the unfair system when they’re in power.

@ruth depew sShe may have followed… But she failed to take the lead, which she could have done rather than past the buck to the ones that follow… Weak

@ruth depew law should never override ethical and moral sound judgement.

    • @ruth depew Democrat DA, Democrat police chief, Democrat mayor, Democrat governor, Democrat AG…. Republicans fault.

  13. This is absolutely the right thing to do Senator. Because we can now expose the same racist judges that run them. We expect the courtroom to do what they always do, injustice!

This is good news but still shows you just how broken the justice system is that it took riots and a worldwide protest to even get this far.

    • Rodney Boehner | June 3, 2020 at 6:19 PM | Reply

Amy Klobachar was the Minneapolis DA who refused to charge Derek Chauvin with any crimes in prior complaints for police brutality. Charge her with accessory to murder as well.

    • Tommy Vercetti Games | June 3, 2020 at 8:35 PM | Reply

We need justice across the criminal justice system.
Charge the cops. Charge all the cops.
Charge the cops in every city in America that are perpetrating violence and murder.

Protest don’t speed up or slow down anything. It’s all for show. People get angry, then after a while everybody forgets about it and goes on with their daily lives.

First degree for the officer who’s knee was on George Floyd’s neck and second-degree for the other officers!

    • Football Nerd | June 3, 2020 at 4:11 PM | Reply

You just know there will be at least 1 of Trumps minions on the jury who will vote not guilty and allow him to get away with it

    • Clorox Bleach | June 3, 2020 at 7:12 PM | Reply

Thats not how the law works I’m afraid. It’s very difficult to prove that the officer on Floyds neck did have time to premeditate while the other officers didn’t. I think second degree murder charges for all officers is most likely to result in a guilty verdict.

  16. This was murder with intention. All 4 should be charged with second degree murder.

It’s like pulling teeth getting these killers charged.

  20. I doubt any of them will do jail time. It’s all smoke and mirrors.
