Brian is right. Better to undercharge and not overreach. Got to dot I’s and cross t’s, lawlessness is quick, lawful justice is long and frequently infuriating. So be it.

  5. Good to hear this finally makes more sense instead of that earlier 2nd degree. There’s a lot of mean cops out there, from my experience and my doctor and friends. A lot of the cops are the adult kids has no goal nor can do better in their life for the future. They applied to be a cop because of the pay is good.

Good!! This means Chauvin could get life in the slammer.

  7. Film – the charge is full filled by the film , that copper is guilty ! Even he knows it . If he decides to fight – he has nothing to lose . A very dangerous equation..

  8. All it took was burning half of america for simple justice

007kingifrit Sorry, but I also read his comment and he’s not blaming all white people. He said “a large portion of that is coming from Antifa, which is predominantly white “. See! Totally different.

    • This takes away from what happend to this man. When people burn and loot it enforces racists mindset. That is not protesting.

    • pjs5406 anarchist and communist are the real problems

@I know You’re Right way to ignore the last sentence which ties the whole thing together….

  9. 3 days riot is the minimum evidence needed according to state law… from an on camera murder

    They are guilty as charged!

  11. A conviction is what needs to happen. But this is a good step in the right direction

I wonder if Police departments are really going to change or are those officers are just sacrificial lambs?

Amy wants to be VP that’s why she said the murder charges first! (Addiotnly, its why Warren and she did not drop out even though they had no chance of winning, they were simply trying show Biden that they can get votes!!!)

    • Mark Molino | June 3, 2020 at 9:59 PM | Reply

I feel that’s why she did it and it’s political season as well. So she’ll do anything for votes.

Wrongful death suit settlements in cases like these should be paid out from police union pension funds.

  15. Derek Chauvinist needs to receive the maximum sentence with no parole. So must his accomplices.

  16. That’s all well and good but I’ll wait until an actual conviction happens to feel like justice has been served. I’m not optimistic that it’ll actually happen.

    • So true, but the murder of George Floyd is horrific, I will never forget “I can’t breathe”. How wicked can people be to take an innocent life. But thankfully there’s justice. RIP George Floyd😔🙏🏼
