Your name goes elsewhere so there is no way to tell who I voted for. Personal information would be the same info you would find in a TELEPHONE BOOK = name & address. & phone number.- or on Census.
. The ONLY Forms that should be recounted is the one with the candidates name on and whether there is an “X” or not. No worries.
