    1. @Jumbo Me No government regulations and restrictions prevented you from doing that eh big brain

    2. I went through Cancer Surgery alone and the healing after. I live alone and and everyone was scared to come over, mainly becasue the mandates dictated this. How soon we forget. I could not bury my Cousin as Family could not travel, you have no idea what veing alone is like day in and day out worrying if you are going to survive. No distraction, internalize…. yeah some are going to say it was me, but it was not, the mandates were SEVERE and still here.

  1. I sincerely hope Trudeau is watching Bergen speak and looks at himself in the mirror. He needs to somehow put his ego aside and really listen hard to what she’s saying because she’s 100% correct.

    1. He doesn’t care. He knows exactly what he’s doing and he’s laughing the whole way. Hopefully he’ll get a nice gift of shiny handcuffs soon.

  2. What Ms. Bergen says is partially true; what she does not say is that misleading Canadians has been a common practice of every federal government of whatever stripe for some time.

    1. @Graham McFadyen Hill Trying to determine the biggest ‘mis-leader’ among present and past PMs is a vain pursuit. Better would be looking for an honest leader.

    2. @Dallas McQuarrie that is a 100% mischaracterization of what I did in fact say. It seems to my mind, that you’re statement applies more accurately ro you, than it does to me. Thats known as projecting my friend. Lol.

    3. Misleading Canadians has not only been a common practice of federal governments for some time, but also a common practice of provincial and municipal governments for some time, sine around 1968. From that time on political parties forgot that their job is to work for the betterment of Canadians. Who they work for now besides themselves I am not quite sure.

    1. No you’re not conservative, if you’re voting for them you are progressive. If you’re conservative you would vote PPC.

  3. Finally! Conservatives are finally saying the right things, and are not ashamed to not be Liberal. This is a party I can consider supporting again.

    1. Like I said before that the progressive conservative party has to drop the word progressive and just be conservative. When they called themselves the progressive conservative they stopped being conservative.

  4. I like her very much and if she was running for leadership I would consider her but Pierre has my vote.

    1. @Jess D You’d be a fool to vote Justin in for another 4 years. If I had to choose between the two
(and believe me I am not a fan of the Cons) I am straight choosing Pierre. A vote for Trudeau confirms one’s incompetence

  5. Yes, we need to go back to 2014 “Old Normal” because “New Normal” between 2015 and now is destroying Canada.

    1. At the end of 2014–15, the Government’s net debt stood at $687.0 billion, up $4.6 billion from 2013–14.
Total federal debt is expected to increase by $1.9 trillion in fiscal 2022.
According to the last data point published, Canada per capita debt in 2021 was 58,327 dollars

  6. Not only remove the mandates but remove Trudeau and his party from office and formally charge him with his crimes agains Canadians rights and freedoms.

  7. The GG spent more money on food for 7 days then 10 families would of spent for food how sad is that

  8. We can continue to work together, thank you Candace, you have been my shining light, lets stop banging our heads against the wall

  9. I hold the NDP MP’s responsible for our financial problems. It is the NDP MP’s who are supporting our current government with mandates, inflation, gas prices and carbon taxes. NDP MP’s need to step up and call a no confidence vote.

    1. @perdst actually, it’s not Brenda’s statement thats stupid here! In fact I tend to agree with her in large part. Although the chain of betrayal is composed of more than one culprit, and breaking it at any point would have prevented much of the damage done to Canadians by Trudeau.

    2. @perdst Really, the most ridiculous thing I have read all day is your reply!! Who uses the word “stupidest”. I have a grandchild in grade one who would not use such a word.

    3. Brenda – get off the couch, go outside, and get some fresh air. Enjoy the life that those disability dollars that you receive from the federal government affords to you.

    4. @Poppa Core Now aren’t you a typical liberal assuming I am on disability and just sitting on the couch. I work full time and just a few years away from retirement, then I will get more involved in the way the politicians in this country mis treat Canadians. We need to stand together so that we all are treated equally!

  10. When you get your CPC membership ballot, fill it out and send it quick, do not put any of candidates you do want as party leader as a secondary choice, it is not required to fill the ballot completely

    1. They did, they laughed at him as do I. calling him out gives him to much attention and importance. His FB page is loaded with words of how he has POWER!!!!
