There are thousands of unfilled nursing positions, tens of thousands. Where is the staff supposed to come from? Don’t you think every hospital is desperately trying to recruit staff? Burned out nurses are retiring . Done. So your “more staff” solution makes no sense.
@Alligator Pie Yeah partly privatize healthcare and see what happens similar to America there would develop a gap where level’s of healthcare are determined by level’s of wealth so that Canada’s poorest would eventually suffer.

This is just unbelievable. Triage should have caught the jaw pain and flu like symptoms as symptoms of a heart attack in women. And I am a lay person who has had that exact experience of a heart attack that was immediately triaged as I entered the ER and saved my life. Incredulous…What is going on with the triage part of the ER????
Why are so many Canadians of all ages dropping dead suddenly?
They are trained like McDonalds workers assembling a Big Mac to follow a step by step by the book system and as individuals lack most critical diagnostic skills…ie no calling.
