They need to charge him with First Degree Murder, NOT Third Degree Murder.

    • Also charge the other officers there with accessory to murder.

    • They charged him with Third degree to put him in jail They said that additional charges will follow which will allow them to change the charge against him and upgrade the charge to First degree Murder.

Lets pray they keep their word and that the Officer and his colleagues will be charged with First degree Murder.

At the least the other Officers can be charged with accessory to murder
for standing by not doing anything and watching .

@FalconXE302 the law varies state to state, having served as a juror on a murder trial, in CT, 1st degree murder is premeditated.

Preliminary autopsy shows no sign of death from asphyxiation.

You mean Biden? Because his crime bill to “Stop and Lynch” blacks was pretty tough.

I think Joe Biden is a fundamentally good, honest and compassionate human being.

So compassionate he refuses to acknowledge the life of his new beautiful innocent grand daughter. He is worse than scum.

    • Josh Stevens you keep looking at the negative, yes he did bad stuff in the past, yes he could be creepy, but face it, in this time rn, we don’t need someone to tell us to drink bleach, even if it’s a joke, it still not appropriate, Joe Biden is the mature one compared to trump

That’s how a leader should speaks. Moreover we are all human, being black or white, someday, we all will be buried in our graves

Tears came to my eyes as I listened to a genuine, heartfelt show of sincerity from a serious human being for a change, instead of a demeaning, attack-filled assault from a mentally unhinged future dictator. Thank you, Mr. Biden, for your very kind words. My prayers go out to George Floyd, his family, as well as all the other victims and their families who have lost lives under President Trump’s condemnation of minorities crusade.

  7. Future President Biden said “imagine having police called on you just for sitting in Starbucks or renting an AirBNB or Watching Birds.”
    Thank you, Joe.

  8. Here’s Joe feeling America’s pain and inspiring Americans to face the problem and do the right thing. Meanwhile, in the White House Wussolini is raging about his horrible poll numbers and feeling sorry for himself.

…is not Joe Biden. “Black guys can breathe just as easily as white guys.” That’s Joe Biden.

  10. He has my vote! Come on November 3rd! A true leader and diplomat.

Vote by mail early and blue across the board since Trump’s real reason he is against mail in voting is with ivanka’s approved patent for new polling machines which would be used this year. Since she had them developed and approved, we all know these polling Machines are rigged. I have all the evidence if needed but word must get out to friends & family every single week on major social media in order to stop rigged machines.

    • Hey, Jack.. Vote for Me!! You ain’t.. Black..

    • Poor kids are almost as good– as white kids..

    • Rodney Boehner | May 29, 2020 at 10:51 PM | Reply

When Biden told blacks “learn to breathe” with his crime bill, that was very real. (See https://youtu.be/CvMUIT-seK8?t=313). If can breathe, you ain’t black.

James Brudnick Im not for Biden or trump, Biden is a incompetent pro segregation old man suffering dementia, and Trump is well, Trump.
But, trump will stomp Biden let’s be honest here.

    • Xavier Gibbons | May 29, 2020 at 9:02 PM | Reply

@Jim AItruist He won’t though. No one wants Trump. 100k dead? 31 million+ unemployed? Promoting violence? That list goes on and on. Biden has his faults, don’t get me wrong (Would’ve took Bernie). But Literally a brain dead somebody could be less harmless for out country than Trump. Biden will stomp Trump because most Americans know how to do the right thing.

    • Biden makes me sick , but not as much as Trump

This one video speech about Floyd made Biden close to presidential victory. We hope the speech was from the heart!

My deepest condolences for Mr Floyd’ death✝️😭 to his family and to the entire nation. I am in despair 😩 for the way he dyed but much more for the crudest response of the president! What do Americans expect from a líder like this one for another term? America please wake up! Our nation is shaking, roaring for a change! May Mr Loyd’s death brings America together. May our Lord Jesus Christ Bless this Nation to continue being the best Nation in the world 🌎 Amen 🙏
