    1. Funny how victimizers are suddenly victimized when they get what they earn.
Little miller got off lucky losing only one eye. I would’ve taken them both.

    2. Don’t break into people’s property. You might get away with it. You might get beat up for it.

    1. Hi john. Stop your nonsense immediately. The result of violence is random at best. My research indicates that the loss of an eye was not the assaulter’s goal in this attack. He was merely trying to fracture the orbital bone. Therefore they loss of an eye was accidental.

    1. I catch anyone breaking into my or my neighbors vehicles, I’m taking both eyes or both hands or both legs. My choice.

    2. @ThePthinker If their testosterone levels weren’t so high it wouldn’t have escalated on either side.

    3. @ThePthinker So then, you would advocate for a severe beating but the beater should just avoid smashing buddy in the eye?

    4. @Rachel Bell That’s quite interesting. I had read that at trial the prosecution had stipulated that their testosterone level were only 302. So, you are saying that they were actually higher than that? What did you hear? Please advise soonest, so I can resume my research into this phenomena.

  1. Slap on the wrist basically. Free pass for the other brother. No wonder everyone is afraid of the justice system.

    1. ” Unprovoked ” attack…..I’ll bet a million dollars that the kid was breaking into cars.

    1. So become a lawyer and change the system instead of whining about it. You’re only oppressed if you choose the victim mentality

    2. Rachel Bell im just saying its attempted murder if you switch the roles. Also becoming a lawyer and change the law its not like picking a pack of milk and making coffee. Try to be less dumber next time

    3. @Gundeep Thind Oh, so you want change but you’re just not willing to put any effort into it then? If it’s harder than putting milk in coffee your answer is to abandon your efforts and complain on the internet like a harmless pest? Way to go Gundeep.

  2. Corrupt cops dad had his hands in this and it shows cops protect cops toronto halton peel are all corrupt he should be put in regular population and he might serve 2 years less a day up in bracebridge

  3. The system is corrupt to the core. The cop still has his job. He’s a thug, a liar, and a danger to citizens. No jail time = no trust or respect for the police.

    1. Right if the system worked we wouldn’t have so many criminals. Google 10 most wanted in Canada.

  4. And Ford wants more of these guys on the street. When you over police a community you end up like the USA.
That means police running around fabricating crimes to justify there large numbers.
Canada is not a police state FORD!

  5. Judge De Luca sounds like a mafia name. Was he paid off to let those brothers off the hook? I bet so! $$$ hungry judge.

  6. I’m sorry, but l hate cops more and more, it’s like they have license to be violence, l’ve always think cops are overreact all the time, it’s like they think it’s OK to take matters in their own hands.

  7. I think this is fair considering the situation. They may have gone overboard but he was breaking into a car… gee I wonder what the pipe was for?

  8. These officers should be punished, dismissed from their jobs and restricted from any form of policing or security work in the future.
And, there’s no such thing as an unbiased witness.
Human memory is subjective and impressionable; Witness testimony is as unreliable as lie detector tests.

  9. Thief got what he deserved, criminal lost and eye. Next time he commits a crime, he’ll lose the other.
