    Remember “It’s just 2 weeks”
    Petridge Farms remembers.
    Too bad these bozos don’t.

  2. You don’t need to have a PhD to realize that this will not go well in the long term.

This is an atrocious breach of our rights and freedoms.

At a level that will be historic and with no rational reason , they live in a world of conjecture . Plus Ford said he wasnt going to implement a curfew but has allowed police to pull over anyone they chose at anytime . So what is the difference between this and a curfew , same results , does that mean we riot in the streets like Montreal ..

@gavin crump Please hide under your bed and never come out

    • @Shane Nath It’s not saving any lives. You are completely brainwashed and ignorant. Where is the actual science that shows such a thing as disease causing viruses? Right, there is none.

    • @mike rusk Can a right be taken away? Does not matter what a piece of paper says. No one can take away a right for any reason and if they can then it is only a privilege.

  4. This feels like such a violation of our trust, I’ll remember this, Doug, and come election time I hope the rest of Ontario does as well.

  5. Officers of the Law: do your sworn civic duty and arrest Doug Ford for crimes against humanity. The whole of the law must be upheld or none of it.

    • @Emmanuel Didier grow up? Grown-ups do not expect everyone else to shut down their lives, businesses, ruin the lives of all those who are not at risk or ruin the lives of children for their paranoia and fears.

    • @YSH CHRIST it’s not our fault you don’t understand the basic science of how a virus spreads. Your ignorance is hurting your community. Please learn to think critically. We won’t make any progress of you can’t tell fact from fiction.

@gavin crump not enough tinfoil in the world to make enough hats for this crowd. I’d save my breath and enjoy the show if I was you.

    • Emmanuel Didier | April 16, 2021 at 10:43 PM | Reply

@YSH CHRIST you’re right: grown ups dont behave in a way which threatens other peoples’ lives. So, are you grown up?

    • @Mohammad Rahman the new tinfoil hat is the mask every one is expected to virtue signal (wear) for this masquerade pandemic.

Please find citation on the wearing of cloth masks, surgical masks, m95 or n95 masks and their efficacy in preventing the spread of airborne infectious diseases? Refrain from citing political sciences or pseudo sciences.

  6. You give the government an inch they take a mile. If you’re willing to give up your charter rights at at any point don’t be surprised when this happens.

  7. We are run by a bunch of idiots who have never had to make decisions, and this is what you get, bad decision after bad decision

  8. They will strip away every right until we all speak up

  9. They have actually lost their mind by allowing such authority to cops.

    • they gotta do what they gotta do since mf dont want to listen to the rules they set

    • incipidsigninsetup | April 16, 2021 at 10:09 PM | Reply

Cops won’t use it. They’d feel no obligation to enforce these orders. Regular citizens are not criminals and most cops don’t buy this nonsense either.

    • Cops are already scared enough lest not push it..the defund the police movement is very dear to city councils and city managers everywhere across North America ..unemployment and bye bye pension contributions is one scenario..that and they are general population with familes who are just as likely to disagree with Ontario..and no police union says “give our members MORE work duties”

    • Team Smash Caliber | April 16, 2021 at 10:32 PM | Reply

Cops already had the authority to stop anyone without “reasonable suspicion”. The new thing here is that supposedly we are compelled to answer which means we could potentially incriminate ourselves. This is something that needs to be tested in a court of law.

    • Go to bed bro,,, or go to jail

So to reduce contact, a police officer will lean down to the window of every passing car and get his face up close to the passengers face, ask the passengers questions through the open window. and then listen to the responses of the passengers through the window. Ok got it.

    • Where is the logic?

    • Karen Turgeon | April 16, 2021 at 10:01 PM | Reply

I’m sure they will ask you to please mask up before coming close to you. Just remember, your car is your private property. You don’t have to mask up in your property. If they want to risk it, that’s up to them.

    • Careful now. With thoughts like this you may find yourself with an officers dime baggy in the back of your car.

    • @Chris P 😀 sometimes you need a little slapstick humor.

    • They don’t take or handle your ID. You hold it up to the window as a safety precaution. Then they give you a ticket that they’ve touched.

  11. This is a very dangerous path they’re going down.

  12. I suspect that once they have this power, they will not want to relinquish it, we will see.

That press conference was sickening. If you’re not worried, you should be…and I don’t mean worried about Covid.

  14. A moment of silence for yet another ‘conspiracy theory’ come true

    • @Reckless Ron, it’s also called Authoritarian. Also, I don’t know what Marxism you’ve studied, but the one I learned about, came at the price of 100+ million bodies.

    • @Reckless Ron those aren’t mutually exclusive

    • Ballz 2DaWallz | April 16, 2021 at 10:20 PM | Reply

I agree, Marxism works in theory, in practice it turns into a bloodbath

    • @Ballz 2DaWallz Every form of social political philosophy ends up like that.

    • @Salre 22 You do not know what you are talking about. Fascism is the exact polar opposite to modern Marxism. Try learning the definition of economic systems and what each ones pros and cons are instead of being ignorant and posting nonsense. Try going to YouTube and searching for Prof. Richard Wolff. He is an economics professor. Add in the search terms Marxism or Fascism or Capitalism and you can learn about each.

  15. Our government is full of clowns 🤡🤡🤡

  16. Our church was feeding the homeless last night and someone snitched so the cops showed up. The cop was very nice and said sorry he had no issue with what we were doing. I wish more cops were like that.

    • @wpgspecb let me guess…. You are a snitch?

    • Marcel Charette | April 16, 2021 at 10:35 PM | Reply

@Ken Dac Well I didn’t feed off their misery like a parasite. You know, like the Salvation Army and the Catholic Church.

According to the new law this is an illegal gathering. Ontarians voted for
this guy. You are getting what you voted for.

@Ingrid R This must stop immediately! ( according to the law) How fffd up is that? ( There is a 0 .2 percent chance
of dying if you are under 70. Someone pls explain basic math to ford.

Screw this government. You all better not be snitching on your neighbours!

  18. Julian Ciaha | April 16, 2021 at 8:29 PM | Reply

These politicians are going to very much regret this decision when the history of this whole stupidity is written.

Please put that gangster and his friends in jail. That’s where they belong.

Our charter rights are being ignored already. Now it gets interesting.
