  1. An apology of a PM who doesn’t think about monetary policy and thinks that books balance themselves. I wouldn’t trust him with my pocket change frankly.

    1. @P3PP3R S Why would he need money? Born rich. Overly generous salary. Made a bunch doing ‘volunteer’ ‘work’ for ‘charities’. Probably gets a big pension from his lengthy teaching career. Has a ‘Foundation’

    1. This criminal called jagmeet singh to grow a heart and stop this ridiculous propping up of current government

    2. @Quinn V Don’t go to your MP with that kind of attitude or you won’t get to anywhere. We’re all trying to work these collective issues together, we can’t solve anything when we’re constantly yelling at each other.

  2. Trudeau’s cluelessness is spectacular! We have had to disconnect the baseboard heaters in our home in Victoria, BC several years ago and use space heaters and sweaters just to afford our heat bills. He has no idea what affordability means. I’m sitting next to a space heater right now recalling how his father’s policies resulted in my childhood meals got slashed so I was always hungry and clothes were bought from the thrift store.

  3. Justin talks but it doesn’t answer anything or solution just β€œI’ll be there and stop complaining β€œ 😐

  4. That’s true! The cost of EVERYTHING has gone up so much, that we can barely afford to eat. I heard our power bill will be going up soon. I’m looking at relocating to a more affordable country in the near future.

    1. A more affordable country? Oh I can’t wait to hear this. Where? And how will your income not lower by working in a other country?

    2. Remember that COVID-19 was a major factor for raising prices across the entire world, not just Canada.

    3. @SA 🍁 To be clear it was the response to COVID not COVID itself. Further we in Canada went absolutely overboard with shutting things down and for much longer than was necessary, while priming the monetary supply – more than any industrialized country. Many countries did this too but not all and none to quite the extent we did.

  5. We’re using our savings just to make ends meet because of the tax hikes. What happens when that runs out? Line up at the food bank. That’s how bad it’s getting. Cut the taxes. We are struggling as it is.

  6. “We’ve demonstrated every step of the way” ….. that Canadians are our source of the money that we need for our pet projects.

    1. K, I’m guessing you are working on behalf of Beijing or Pierre there.
I have my reasons, as your “typos” have theirs. They almost aren’t typos but, legally speaking, they are.

  7. Hard to believe they care so much about poverty when the 230 page Ontario budget mentions the word poverty only once in one sentance.

  8. I can’t even cover my rent let alone buy food. I have a job and still cannot afford to eat.

  9. I love how you can make 100K a year now and that’s barely enough for anything. He’s destroyed the middle class and Canada.

    1. @kenny powers I know. It was such a great, affordable, safe town. Now rents are like $2500 for a moldy 2 bedroom you share with a hobo and the rat king.

    2. Toronto as well. 100k is double CAD per GDP capital, but in ON, BC major cities it isn’t a big buffer.

  10. The middle income families are struggling and even falling behind due to the living cost..The pay raise is not keeping up with the inflation of the basic needs and the higher taxes…😒

  11. Well ever since Trudeau came to power I’m far closer to poverty than I’ve ever been what’s the point of free dental care When you can’t even afford food or rent to survive when half of your paycheck go straight to taxes
