The actual footage is. Very upsetting, despite blurred areas blocking any actual gore. The alarms are just SO loud, and as they run upstairs because they realize the shooter is up there, there’s a point where one of the officers gets to the top of the stairs, and you see one of the officers in front of him pause, as someone else says something that indicates there’s a victim down. The officer whose point of view we have puts his hand on him and says “go!” Because the usual policy is, until the shooter is caught or killed, police cant stop to provide aid. They turn into the hallway, and even though it is blurred, there is a body on the ground that appears to be one of the nine year olds, lying on her back in the middle of the hall.. No wonder the officer paused!
A terrible sight, and it must take everything inside you to not stop and try to check for a pulse,especially when you are First Aid certified, like many first responders.
The Cops wasn’t scared. They ran into harms way. Much Respect to the Cops
Don’t tell anybody they weren’t scared because they were scared. I was in the Army, and they teach you what fear is all about. Let’s just say they were BRAVE in doing what they were trained to do and did a good job. What scared me the most after seeing the footage was a nine year old baby laying on the floor DEAD. My biggest fear was trying to get to the shooter and seeing more nine year Olds lying on the floor dead. Let me tell you, after that sight, I had no fear in my body, just anger because this needed to stop immediately. Please do not think I disrespected you, I apologize now I meant no ill will towards you Anthony.

This NOT GRAPHIC but it does show that these officers didn’t just run “willy nilly” to a confrontation. These guys are not just heroes for the moment, they are true testament to the dedication and training necessary to PROTECT AND SERVE the citizens of Nashville!
I like how the shooter “Audrey Hale” entered the school wearing black Puma shoes. But some how managed to change her shoes during the shooting to black Vans with fire on the side.
It’s almost like they filmed the shooting during a couple of days to try and get it just right. But oops, the main actor changed her shoes 🙄
