  1. Time for a change. I really hope Trudeau doesn’t get re-elected again. This liberal government has been a big disappointment in my opinion.

    1. @Michael S forget England 10% inflation, 80% increase across the board next month on energy on top of the 100% in the last 8 months.

    2. @glenn hankins It does get redistributed, but we have been reducing the proportional budgets for these services for the last few years and in some cases the efficiency of these services has decreased. This information is freely available and independent institutions examine these trends.

    1. Canadians voted for him THREE times, so I’m gonna say Trudeau KNOWS Canadians are stupid. I am not convinced Canadians will change come election day. I am terrified for the future of this country.

  2. When Trudeau offers more “credits” he must realize the financial cost of administering such programs, just to send Canadian rare cheques that wouldn’t cover a tank of gas nor half a Costco bill. Why not cancel tax increases, this creates zero additional administrative costs and Canadians end up with more money to put back into the economy. This system of issuing “credits” is such a waste.

  3. I’m an American who watches Canadian Parliament on the cursory and I would say without watching the video it’s going to take a guess here that Justin Trudeau answers every single question by not answering a single question

    1. Trudeau’s response to every question starts off with “Mr Speaker, the liberal party of Canada has always …bla…bla…bla… In the end, he says nothing.

    2. @Bonnie Drouillard just how exactly has he benefited you as a senior, and could you please site on example where he gave a straightforward honest answer? Perhaps you experience his behaviour differently that honest Canadians.

  4. I can’t believe Trudeau will still be PM of Canada until 2025…Jagmeet will pay for it. Both of them out please.

  5. How come they didn’t bring up Trudeau’s grocery bill at $7000 to $12 000 a month while 1/3 of Canadians are going without standard meals?

    1. OR spending over 150.000 TAX PAYERS DOLLARS ON BOOZE on the gov plane! That’s just the start! Bev Oda lost her job bc of $12 orange juice, this guy can LITERALLY DO AND SPEND ANYTHING and it NEVER matters!

    1. Just like David Suzuki gets a pass…..when he’s got a bigger carbon footprint than everyone in Canada. Hypocrite.

  6. I want Pierre Poilievre to make me one promise….. that as prime minister, he will directly answer every question during Question Period, and that every member of his cabinet do them same, with the only exception being secret matters of national security.

    1. I dont know if Trudohs evade and misdirect replies are a recent Liberal tactic or if this has been going on forever. I think you’re out of luck.

    1. @Tony Bjornson even if your freedoms and right to work is predicated on the consumption of a product of a medical corporation? Seems kinda corporate?

  7. When are they going to change the name of “question period”, to something more applicable? Let’s say, maybe “deflection period”?

  8. It’s refreshing to hear a leader talk about rural Newfoundland, especially seniors. I live in rural Newfoundland, and I can assure you, most seniors simply can’t afford this increase to their home heating. Most are just getting by, and certainly can’t afford to upgrade their homes from oil to electric, even with the subsidies.

    1. You voted for this, three in a row. Alberta took in thousands of maritimers after Chretien shut down the fisheries and you vote to shut down Alberta over and over.

    2. @Guitarisforgrins , in all fairness, I’d be whinny, too, if the country I lived in was heavily dependent on the resources my community provides, while at the same time demonizing those very same resources.

  9. Trudeau’s guideline to governing Canada.
“Because I’m easy come, easy go,

    Little high, little low,
Any way the wind blows doesn’t really matter to
    Me, to me”

“Nothing really matters, Anyone can see,
    Nothing really matters,
    Nothing really matters to me
    Any way the wind blows…”
