The Select Committee has stated that they will turn the results over after the hearings. The DOJ has done nothing about prosecution for over a year, and they can’t wait an extra week or two for the Select Committee to complete and present the monumental findings from the comprehensive and diligent work they have done?

What I ask is that he remove that influence.
There are only two possibilities:
Biden is pleased with Garland’s performance – that’s a problem.
Biden is not pleased with Garland’s performance – so why is Garland still there?
