  1. If it’s for a major security risk. It’s not your data stream once it comes or leaves your cell… National security risks

    1. @Mom Tur did trunp invent that word? Stop refering to Trump everytime you’re faced with an inconvenient truth.

  2. Population of Canada: 38 million. Number of times software deployed, 49; all with court authority. Sounds like its working as intended. Don’t want to get court ordered surveillance, dont be sketchy a.f.

    1. If the RCMP are deciding who is sketchy, be afraid. We need to exercise our rights, not justify the use of over reach.

  3. interesting how they all protect, defend and absolve themselves by the judicial jurisdiction thing (ie judges put in place by the very system that grants them the right to such ethical abuse of power); it’s as if they still do not understand that human laws are not justice. laws are ritualistic practices fabricated for the purpose of preserving a certain benefit, condition, way of being … usually for the profit of a select few. human laws are thus corrupt in substance. justice however is pure and universal and true and eternal. though humans have thousands upon thousands of laws, they never knew justice even once.

  4. We Canadians are worried about being easily penetrated by criminals and outside forces. I feel like we shouldn’t be afraid of intelligence agencies more like encourage them to regulate our telecommunications
