I believe this one is scheduled to be direct deposit. The last one was so that they could make money off the atm cards issued. The paperwork said you would be able to transfer funds to your regular account, but when you went to the website it was basically a shell. Not one note to tell ppl to download the bank app. That was the only way to transfer the funds. It was ridiculous.
