  1. If anyone lied about their education AND work experience on a resume to get a job and the employer found out they would be fired immediately.

    1. @Real Sugar please tell me you don’t seriously think trump is going to jail. Seriously. You can’t be this literally dumb.

    2. @Bill Hamblin I wish he would go to jail. I don’t think he will. Nobody who has wealth and power like that goes to jail. I think it will be a big show of indictments and trials though. So nobody’s going to jail not Trump not Biden not nobody. It’s tragic. Why are you so angry? Do you regularly insult people in real life? You are just super angry from the get go. Wow.

    3. @Bill Hamblin yet you were deathly afraid to watch the hearings. Did you read the Mueller report? There were over 150 contacts between Russia and the Trump campaign. The were also 10 instances of Obstruction of Justice. You are a know nothing. The only reason Trump was not prosecuted is because they didn’t want to indict a sitting president. When the arrest your cult leader don’t do anything stupid because nobody is going to be there for you.

    4. @Harold Moore “contacts?” So what? Mueller actually said there was no evidence of “colluuuuusion.” But pencil neck trotted out daily, claiming he had proof. So, was he lying, or is he involved in a cover up? If he was guilty of “obstruction”, then why wasn’t he charged? Lmao. You lefties just can’t admit that you’ve been lied to for,6 years. “When they arrest your cult leader.” Rotflmao. Are you really dumb enough to think that’s gonna happen? You clowns have been claiming this for 6 looooooong years. Where’s the arrest?

  2. It’s crazy that Americans don’t demand a basic background check for politicians. Fast food workers get more scrutiny than these folks.

    1. @Chase Me we need to un-rig it. A background check would help with that. Hahahaha….this dude is not even rich.

    1. @bill watkins
That was as big stretch of the truth by Biden.
I call out both sides for lies.
      What Biden said was.
“I went to law school on a full academic scholarship, the only one in my class who had a full academic scholarship. The first year in law school, I decided I didn’t want to be in law school and ended up in the bottom two-thirds of my class. And then decided I wanted to stay, went back to law school and, in fact, ended up in the top half of my class.”

He actually graduated 76th of 85 students in his law school class. Far from the top.
The Kamala comment you made is fake news unless you can direct me to any proof you may have.
Here is a great article that I found.

Fact check: Kamala Harris did not switch from identifying as Indian-American to Black

  3. If a pilot lied on their resume about flying planes would you get on a flight with them? If a chef lied about having a degree in cooking would you eat at their restaurant. If a surgeon lied about graduating college would you let them perform surgery on you? If a politician can’t even be truthful about his education why would you trust him to be honest about being truthful to the people he leads.

    1. @Bill Hamblin I’m pretty sure a few networks would have been all over it if he hadn’t released his. As it had been common for pres to release their tax records for over 50 years, it wasn’t a deal when the pres released his, only once they didn’t…I may be wrong on length of time that pres have released their taxes….

  4. George santos didn’t embellished his resume. He completely manufactured it. There is a major difference between people who embellish and those who make up things. Santos has made up everything. It shows a lack of moral character. That is a dangerous precedent for anyone who wants to in charge of a country

    1. so what can be done about this….can he be disqualified? who makes that call… he should NOT BE SWORN IN……BULLSHITE

    2. @Anon Ymous Like when Roy Moore was running for office and Republicans continued supporting him after it came out that he fucked MULTIPLE 14 year-olds but Democrats forced Al Franken to resign over a planned skit? But yeah, Republicans would sooo totally…🙄

    3. @alice bas idk what can be done. Everything that I would have thought would’ve been done has been walked around. No accountability on either side& if u say or want something done you get labeled an extremist. Civil war might be the only way, sadly.

  5. He says ” Iam sorry” in such a snarky way as if he has been inconvenienced due to his “embellishment” being questioned. 😂😂😂

    1. @Queennoneya they all lie. I haven’t heard of one honest politician and if they are honest going in, (which if you’re honest you probably won’t be elected) they sure don’t stay that way

    2. Ok so he’s sorry. Well he’s the perfect politician. Just start lying right out of the gate and run for president. Americans new trumpster dumpster. He’ll get elected cause Americans are too stoopido to live.

  6. Resume embellishment. That’s what he is going to call his lies! Santos has created a whole separate reality. In the real world he would be called a bold faced liar.

  7. Why do these commentators tip toe around the fact he’s a liar..it’s time to call them out as liars and call them that..this will be the future that anyone can just make up stuff and be elected

    1. Because their corporate overlords don’t want to push him away. He’s already demonstrated that he’s willing to lie to his constituents – they will use that lack of ethical guidance to further their own shady/dirty/illegal legislative goals.

    2. What do you call Biden and other democrats in the 90’s and 2000’s saying absolutely no to gay marriage
But completely support it now? Which ones the liar the past statements of a politician or their present statements?

    1. Gotta love the double standards.

“In his statement today, Mr. Biden, who attended the Syracuse College of Law and graduated 76th in a class of 85, acknowledged: “I did not graduate in the top half of my class at law school and my recollection of this was inacurate.”

As for receiving three degrees, Mr. Biden said: “I graduated from the University of Delaware with a double major in history and political science. My reference to degrees at the Claremont event was intended to refer to these majors – I said ‘three’ and should have said ‘two.’” Mr. Biden received a single B.A. in history and political science.”

    2. What is so surprising about this this particular Republican candidate they all lie and cheat to get elected. Now what will the law do about this person ? I will bet the Republican Party will let him be sworn in. So much for the rule of law and the quality of Republican candidates. If I was one of his constituents I wouldn’t trust him even if he was standing on a hill of bibles.

  8. I’m a Republican, and am DISGUSTED. If he lies about the little stuff, then he can’t be trusted with the important stuff. We need to get rid of people like this in BOTH parties.

    1. @ bocchi the an-cap “He’s anti-Trump” Oh yeah? Then why IN THA HELL this guy Santos is posing in numerous photos alongside ELISE STEFANIK, the French poodle of your ORANGE BLOB? UH? 🤷🏽‍♂️

  9. If Uber does some kind of background check, what excuse do we have for not thoroughly vetting our elected representatives?

    1. LMAO! Did you guys get Elizabeth Warren? She only claimed to be Indian, and used that claim for education and who knows what else.

How about Rachel dolezal? She claimed to black black Indian.

People don’t vote for a candidate for those reasons, they vote for the policies they say they will implement.

    2. Yes and it is each and every voter’s individual responsibility to do that. THAT is the essence of democracy. We’ve gotten lazy and depend on media to tell us who is good or not.

    3. The Grift Of Perfection considers them ideal. McDonald’s don’t employ flippers who say they were CEOs of Burger King.

    4. @CuriousCat If we do research on candidates and go to their websites, shouldn’t we be entitled to read the truth? What are we supposed to do? Ring their universities? Ring their former employers? That is why each candidate should have a background check done before they run. The party should do that, but Republicans don’t like transparency.

  10. The fact that he thinks there is nothing wrong with what he has done is frighting, and extremely concerning. wtf people

    1. @Wolveslair So Biden lied about serving decades in the senate, and he never really was Vice President? I will keep crying, as you suggest, Wolveslair, for a country that is filled with people like you who are willing to have someone like this creep make up your government.

  11. “If anyone is disappointed, I’m sorry” isn’t the same as “I’m sorry I did this thing that I knew was wrong.” What a slimy character he is.
