@Lovey K there’s been reports of a lot of the insurrectionists leading / orchestrating the attack, had gotten tours the day before and received text messages during the attack from congressmen. If true, which I personally believe, it would result in those congressmen being charged with Treason, which would harm the gop further then they already have hurt themselves. By the gop blocking these investigations into what exactly happened, sure hiding the truth will negatively harm them, but not nearly as bad as if even just 10 of them were outed as traders. With the truth being concealed they can play the they are lying game with their constituents and potentially keep themselves out of federal prison.
I’d like to see the truth come out, regardless if it comes out no gop congressmen committed felonies that day or if we find out everyone of them did. We need accountability we can trust and we need justice so we as a country can move on and heal!
