I am not convinced he did it and not saying he didn’t but I’m here watching the trial and it’s all circumstantial evidence no physical evidence linking him to the crime. The investigators were also sloppy. If I was on the jury, at this point I’m not convinced. Show me that he pulled the trigger. They don’t even have an eyewitness to the crime. Yes he lied and he stole money but that doesn’t mean he killed his family. At this point in the trial I don’t see the evidence. The only thing the prosecutors are hanging their careers on is the lying about his finances and the lies he told to the cops at first but that could be explained. He’s a liar we all know that but a killer , I don’t see the evidence yet. It’s all circumstantial

He lied about being at the kennels with surprising accuracy for someone who shouldn’t have known when the Murders happened. He admits to driving up in a gold cart and I’m pretty sure they were shot at from a golf cart because of the low angle and Maggie having a tire mark on her leg. He admitted noone else had been around because the dogs would have barked. It’s all circumstancial but there’s enough for the jury to decide he’s lieing when he says he didn’t kill them. All the lawyers are talking about that being a way he could lose this.
Which is interesting because most comments even on fox News believe he did it despite no direct evidence… But imo there’s so much here this evidence is all but directed. Pretty much nothing else is possible.

The property that the family and Alex Murdoch lived on was worth millions which is under her name. He will inherited everything if he’s not convicted which I hope he does

my theory:
Alex was having a loud argument with Maggie at dog kennel
Paul walked in holding a gun and starting yelling at Alex
Alex shot Paul
then grabbed Paul’s gun (which was not fired yet) and shot Maggie as she was running away

and drove to viist his Dad
