McCain was a traitor. His own men hated him. After he was captured he willingly made propaganda films for the Vietnamese. He also had a bad habit of hot dogging the jets he flew. He crashed 5 of them. The first one he lied and claimed engine failure when it was his fault. He was involved in another incident on the deck of a ship that killed many of his fellow soldiers.

@gacj2010 there have been before McConnell and the radical right decided to ignore the fact that Congress is supposed to be a check on the executive branch instead of becoming an extension of it. McConnell has unethically and unconstitutionally joined the executive branch rather than become a check on its power. This increases the division in the country rather than unify it. It also shows his hypocrisy in denying a fair hearing on Obama’s pick and is unethically trying to ram through a replacement while people are now voting. It is disgusting and hypocritical.

@Tim JesterI’ve seen the video. That’s why I did the research. It’s all on public record. Burisma and its founder, Mykola Zlochevsky, were under suspicion for money laundering and public corruption. The money laundering and public corruption that was investigated, happened in 2010-2012, which was before Hunter Biden was hired in 2014. That investigation was closed by Shokin and held dormant by the time Hunter Biden came on board. The U.S. government(including both Democrats and Republicans) sent Joe Biden over to Ukraine to notify the new government(which took office in 2014) that the IMF loan guarantee of 1 Billion dollars would be held up unless Shokin was removed because he was NOT investigating corruption. The U.S. government, World Court, IMF, and the European Union, all concurred, and Joe Biden was sent to deliver their message. Ukrainian prosecutor general Yuriy Lutsenko said in May 2019 that Hunter Biden had not violated Ukrainian law. After Lutsenko was replaced by Ruslan Ryaboshapka as prosecutor general, Lutsenko and Ryaboshapka said in September and October 2019 respectively that they had seen no evidence of wrongdoing by Hunter Biden. So the only people who say the Bidens did anything fishy are Donald Trump, in the middle of an impeachment investigation and corruption scandal, Rudy Giuliani, in the middle of a campaign violation and corruption scandal, and Victor Shokin, who was fired for not investigating corruption including that in his own department.

Police deployed tear gas and pepper spray to disperse “Yellow Vests” protesters who had resumed their campaign against planned pension reforms by marching through the streets of the French capital on Saturday.
The protest is taking place after France noted an increase in the number of coronavirus infections across the country. It also comes after the mandatory use of face masks in certain busier areas of Paris was established in August. The French government has limited the maximum number of participants to 5,000 for larger gatherings.
