@Ralph Padilla Wishful thinking sadly. The Federalist Society put a purity test in after Souter slipped past them.

    • @Insignificant360
No. So they can Khashoggi Trump. 😳

    • @Bobby Nelson
      Satan, Is that you?

    • @Insignificant360
Who cares about your dumb Federalist Society? It just a club of dumb conservatives and libertarians that are dumb. Like typical rat wingers.
Biden will kick Trump’s rear end. Then what are you going to do? Cry like a baby?

@Ralph Padilla Not my Federalist Society. They’re the clowns that pick all the judges they want the GOP to nominate

A judge can be impeached as well as a president.

    • Unfortunately, in today’s ultra-divided, tinder box atmosphere, removing any official from office (even in cases where it’s obviously warranted) has become such a hot potato that politicians don’t want to touch it because they know there’s a 100% probability they’ll be accused of purely political power moves by some faction or another. “Ignore it and keep your fingers crossed that too much damage isn’t done” has become the order of the day.

In fact, most impeachments and removals are of judges and justices.

Very difficult without evidence. I am sure Judges that pervert Justice for bribes are good at concealing their crimes. But they can be removed if it is a felony. But we know they support the rich people that help them get there.

    • Any judge T rump appointed that lied in their confirmation hearing about anything, no matter how minor, can be removed and should.

  3. Republicans accusing Democrats of plotting to manipulate the Supreme court. That’s rich.

    • @Reclaiming MyTime How stable of you. The most accomplished competent women I’ve ever witnessed, who should be used as an example of how to be, and you can’t even listen to her because you think her voice is squeaky. Lol That screams ‘I’m a democrat in 2020’ how fitting to what people on the other side have been saying.

    • @Michael Stocker The women knows what she’s doing. She’s not going to get in there and throw Jesus blood on everyone she sees. She understand her role, you calling her a nut bag makes me think that’s what you are. Pretty unhinges response to a normal person who has faith.

    • @Aggie Voit Well I guess see ya never eh.

@Jayk Q She is more like the devil in disguise, another of those wolves in sheep’s clothing you guys fall so hard for. She was also involved in stopping the Florida recount for Bush Jr.. The woman is clearly a partisan hack as well as a religious, authoritarian nutbag. I have no idea why you deluded idiots want to bring fascism to America so badly.

It not trump thats running this gop …its the Republican senators especially mitch, bar, lindsey .those are one that running the circus and trump its just the clown . vote them out or impeach them .

  5. She is there for trump period

  6. It’s not just that the process is politicised, it’s also a sell out.
SC judges are now illicitly funded and bought, not appointed, in the USA.
It’s like America was designed to fail right from the start.
(here’s a little secret: it really was designed to fail – and fail spectacularly this year)

    • Brouwerij Het Snerpende Hertje | October 15, 2020 at 12:22 PM | Reply

Well, I’m not sure, but to my memory, it is legal for big cooperation’s to donate to political parties for less then 20 years. Since then, large investors have been pumping in money into political parties and the members of these parties to do their bidding. For instance the fossil fuel industry is probably responsible for millions and millions of dollars in donations to the republicans. This kind of interference is very wrong. Political parties just become an extension of the companies that they received donations from, resulting in this administration.

    • Everything will earlier or later fail if it doesnt get maintenenanced and updated. The US constitution was written almost 300 years ago.
At that time many things wrotten in the Us constitutaion had a competel different meaning and consequences.
The part that really was designed to fail are the requirements for doing changes at the constitution.

Trump is out for Trump and Trump only. I voted blue!

  8. Talk about a “Deep State”. The Cons have lost the popular vote in every Presidential election, except 1, since 1992 and still have control of the SCOTUS!

      @Insignificant360 *applause
Great comment. That was dead on.👍👍

    • It’s the Senators, not the voters, who approve the candidates. The reason it was designed that way was so no party has any control over the outcomes.

    • @mad-baby IMPOTUS The funny thing about that is that you’re so saturated in christian principles that you think you can morally choose right and wrong or that religion doesn’t dictate nor have laws to adhere to. It’s been implanted in you since a young age kid. Hard to tell though. Kinda like a fish can’t tell he’s in water that’s just how he operates and all he knows.

    • @Insignificant360 Many tenants of present day Islam are objectively awful ideas. Many christian principles, especially jesus teachings are the most profound things I’ve ever read and those teachings directly impacted the greatness of the western world.

    • @Paul Schramm When you look at like that it is. But Jesus teachings were some of the greatest philosophies ever . Which created western civilization as we know it. You know, all the amazing things we have the pleasure of doing and feeling.

  9. How has America’s political front become so corrupt trump is the main reason but you have so many criminals running america

  10. If you were to ask her about Christian dogma, she’d probably have a definite answer.

  11. Of course he does….everything he does has a personal agenda…not just his agenda….the GOP agenda. 😵

    • The Repuglikkkan GOP need to go the same way the Repuglikkkan Tea Party “INTO OBLIVION”

    • @Colin Mahoney no unfortunately they just melted into the Republican Party. They are Now Trumps biggest supporters in Congress.

  12. The president sees the supreme court as his court. It’s AMERICAS COURT.

  13. This country is developing backwards so fast, it’s scary.

  14. Can’t answer questions about the right to vote….shameful

  15. That’s why Trump picked her. Exactly a Trumpet. Lying infront of those tax deductible kids that’s it.

    • Tax deductible kids, and Token Black kids!! You are Pathetic by suggesting such nonsense. Are the Deductibles enough to raise a child? It;s not only embarrassing it is not logical. Typical Liberal!

She is actually belittling her education to become one more crony of Trump. Shameful!

  18. Federal court system is filled with people who are not qualified now.

  19. Trump is gone, remove vote or impeach and remove.

  20. No ! She knows them all. She can’t say that because Trump says “ Do Not!”
